It's always in his head, I guarantee. He managed to get bokuto to sing the part of Magnesium. It wasn't really hard for him since that's all he knew.
They have a pic of tsuki edited as a salt shaker for when they sing 'sodium for salty times'. Nothing can make him stop singing the song, and I mean nothing.
From memorizing the song, he will not hesitate to make periodic table puns. It happens literally every single day.
Nekoma managed to pass the periodic table part of science, just because of Kuroo now. The dude's a chemistry nerd, he even memorized the other songs too. He will not spare you.
