Just the Way You Are

Part Twenty-Six

"You ready mate?" Greg said as he placed his hands on his brother's shoulders.

"I'm so nervous I think I might throw up!" Niall said as he nervously paced back and fourth.

"I told you, you shouldn't have eaten all those cookies before we got here," Greg said teasingly.

"I can't help it dude, I eat when I'm nervous."

"I know mate, I'm just teasing you. You're going to be just fine, God is with you and he has great plans for you and Helen."

"Thanks man. I really appreciate it, you're the best," Niall said giving his brother a quick hug before the ushers opened the door and the wedding began.

First Niall and Greg escorted their mom down the isle, followed by his cousin Emma and his best mate Sean. Next was Aoife and Josh Devine, then Lilli and Harry. Lilli had just found out she was 3 months pregnant so she had a tiny little baby bump that was beginning to show. Cassidy and Zayn followed them, next Eleanor and Louis, who were recently engaged, and last but not least Cassie and Liam.

As soon as Niall laid eyes on Helen his eyes flooded with tears he was so overwhelmed with joy. She looked so gorgeous. He looked over at Greg who was also tearing up. The wedding ceremony was absolutely perfect everything went according to the plan.

"Niall and Helen it is my honor to pronounce you man and wife. Niall you may kiss your bride," the pastor announced.

Immediately Niall placed a huge kiss right on Helens lips. They both smiled all the way through the kiss. As they pulled away he grabbed her hand and they turned to face the crowd who was applauding for them.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Mr. and Mrs. Niall Horan," the pastor announced and everyone went crazy. They exited to the song "You and I" by Ingrid Michaelson.

The reception was going amazing. Greg and Lilli gave amazing speeches, everyone was having a wonderful time, it was absolutely perfect. Helen and Niall weren't as cheeky as Lilli and Harry so they didn't smash the cake in each other's faces but Niall did put icing on Helen's nose and kissed her. For their first dance as husband and wife they danced to the song " The Way I Am" By Ingrid Michaelson. Helen and her dad danced to the song " Daddy's Little Girl" by Michael Bublé. Niall and his mom danced to the song "A Song For Momma" by Boyz II Men.

"All you single ladies would you please make your way to the dance floor. It's time for the bride to throw the bouquet," The D.J. announced

"1...2...3...." Helen shouted as she threw the bouquet over head! To everyone's surprise Eleanor caught the bouquet. She looked over at Louis and gave him the biggest smile. Louis just blushed deeply and smiled at the ground.

"Looks like it's you're turn now Lou," Harry said teasing his best friend.

"Well...well...well...Louis!" Niall elbowed Louis and smiled.

"Now you know how I felt Louis!" Zayn said chuckling.

"Wedding number three here I come." Liam said.

"Well, looks like I had better start picking out rings!" Louis said shrugging off the boys teasing and playing along.

"Boys you know what time it is. Can all you good lookin' bachelors make your way to the dance floor? It's time to catch the garter."

"Alright mates. Here we go. 3...2...1..." Niall hollered as he shot the garter over his head.

"LIAM PAYNE everyone," Niall announced as he saw Liam stare at the garter in disbelief. Liam sheepishly smiled at Cassie across the room. She blushed bright red and smiled back. The rest of the reception was a blast. Everyone had so much fun. Helen looked exquisite and Niall looked like a lovesick puppy every time he saw his wife. He was so thankful and so happy he finally made his princess his queen. As they left the reception for their honeymoon, everyone lit the pathway with sparklers for them to run through before they got into the limo. When they got into the limo and drove off Niall laced his fingers with Helens and kissed her head.

"So Mrs. Horan, Where are we off too?"

"Mr. Horan, we're off to Neverland!" She said with a sparkle in her eye as she kissed him on the lips. She pulled away and made herself comfortable, leaning her head into the crook of his shoulder.
