Chapter 26

The next morning Mr Aizawa woke us all up really early so we could start training. As everyone was setting up, I spoke to Mr Aizawa about what I had found out, quirk wise, yesterday.
"Mr Aizawa, yesterday I found that I can actually 'pause' other people as well as myself. Should I use that in my training somehow?" I asked.
"Yes. Your quirk info sheet said that your surrounding are extremely dark yes?" He asked, I nodded. "Then tell Tokoyami that the two of you will be training together. If anything goes out of control, deactivate your quirk and get Todoroki to use the brightness of his fire to calm Dark Shadow."

I made my way over to the emo bird himself, and explained what was happening. Once he understood, I grabbed his hand and snapped my fingers.
"So from what I understand, we will spar. I will use my weapon and light to help you control him while sparring. I haven't used my light for a long time, so this should be interesting." I explained.

"Are you sure you want to go through with this? I don't want you getting hurt. Dark Shadow can get very... out of control" Tokoyami asked.
"I'm sure." I said as I grabbed my weapon and the lantern. We walked out into the darkness and got ready to fight. As soon as Dark Shadow emerged, I ran at him and snapped my fingers on my left hand; making a bright light.

After a long time of sparring, I finally deactivated my quirk and looked around. Everyone was only getting started.
"Right, it quite literally pauses time." I mumbled to myself as I tried recover from the sparring match. Once I had enough energy, I walked to Aizawa and asked what we should do now.

"Well, Tokoyami. You can go back to your original plan. And Amethyst, you can go spar with a few people individually." Mr Aizawa explained, sending Tokoyami to the cave. I stared back at him with wide eyes.
"What!? But I'm so tired..." I complained.
"Go do it before I make you spar the whole class."
"O-Okay, yes sir."

"Who to ask, who to ask..." I mumbled as I looked around. Everyone looked so busy.
"Go do something Glitch Bitch! Don't just stand there!" Bakugo shouted to me.
"Yeah! Bakugo! Wanna spar? Aizawa told me to Spar with someone." I asked him.
"Hell yeah! I'll blast you so far they won't be able to piece you together for weeks!" He said as an angry aura surrounded him.
"Sounds kind harsh... Alright, let's start."

I went to grab his hand but he pushed it away.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" He asked defensively.
"What? Don't want Kirishima to get jealous?" I joked. He was left speechless. "Hahaha! I'm joking. I need to grab your hand so I can activate my quirk." I explained.
"Tch, whatever. I knew that." I could see a slight blush on his face. As a Kiribaku shipper, I approved.

I grabbed his hand and snapped my fingers. As soon as I let go of his hand, he made tiny explosions in his palms.
"Let's fight Glitch Bitch."
"Alright explosive hedgehog." And with a yell of 'DIE', Bakugo lunged at me and our sparring started. He ended up beating me, but in my defence I was still tired from my last sparring battle.

Once 4:00 came around, we were instructed to make dinner.
"So Amethyst... Got any cute boys in mind? Any cruuuuuuushes~?" Mina asked me as I helped her and Uraraka cook.
"Um, kinda?" I replied.
"Ooooh, what's his name?" Uraraka asked me.
"Um, well first off, it's a she." I told them.
"Oh. What's her name? Is she in the class?" Mina continued to question.

"She's not in the class. She's my girlfriend; Himiko." I told them.
"What school does she go to?" Mina asked.
"Ahhhhhh, so many questions. I don't know if she even goes to school. Also, what about both of you?" I asked them.
"I don't necessarily like someone." Mina replied. We both turned our heads to look at Uraraka. She was blushing like crazy.

"So, who is it?" I asked her.
"Yeah, who. Who!?" Mina asked her excitedly. She stayed quiet.
"I bet it's Deku." I said out loud. She hid her face and nodded. "I kinda ship him with Todoroki but at the same time..." I whispered to Mina and looked at Uraraka, who was dying of embarrassment.

"I really need to get over it. He's probably gay." Uraraka said and removed her hands from her face.
"I dunno, he was blushing pretty hard while talking to you earlier this year." Mina said.
"Only one way to find out..." I told them before looking towards Midoriya who was quite far from us, and yelling, "HEY DEKU! ARE YOU GAY?!"
"NO, I'M BI!" He shouted back.
"SAME THOUGH!" I then looked back towards the girls. "Now they both have a chance."

"Wow, Amethyst is like the shipping queen." Mina said out loud.
"Yeah... I'm not too sure if that's the best thing though." Uraraka replied. I laughed and we all got back to cooking.

After dinner we all took baths then headed to bed. Everyone was exhausted from the training so it didn't take long for everyone to fall asleep.

The next day was the same thing as today, except after dinner we had the test of courage that everyone had been looking forward to. All except the one who knew too much...
