Just as Himiko was about to leave to look for the key, Shigaraki came in.
"I think I know something that'll get you to join." He said as he waved someone in. It was the doctor that helped Ethan at the hospital. She dragged in something that had a bloodied hoodie on. I didn't recognize who it was until she kicked the person. They sat up and made direct contact with me at their hood feel down.

"Ethan..?" I said out loud as tears started to form in my eyes. His face was pale and there was dried blood all over him.
"Now, you wouldn't want us to kill him, would you?" Shigaraki taunted me. I stayed silent, so did Bakugo, who was frozen, in shock. "Think about it, you have till tomorrow morning. Join us or he dies and you two take his place." Shigaraki threatened and kicked Ethan in the head, knocking him out.

They left the room, taking Ethan with them. It was back to me, Himiko, and Bakugo. I looked over to see Bakugo and he looked absolutely terrified.
"It'll be okay. I promise." I told tried to reassure him. He stayed silent.

"I'll try to find the key tonight." Himiko whispered.
"Thank you. I'm sorry you have to do this, it's the complete opposite of your normal self." I apologized to her.
"No, I am normal me. I just love you." Our lips collided once more, then Himiko walked off in search of the key.

"Does your quirk work with those chains and stuff?" I asked Bakugo.
"I-I haven't tried." He replied, his voice shaky.
"As soon as Himi gets me out I can pause us both and get us out. She shouldn't take long." I reassured him.

Regardless of what I had told Bakugo, Himiko didn't come back for most of the night. It was very empty in that room. All I could hear were the racing thoughts in my head about Ethan. He was alive, but barely. He was in terrible condition. I needed to help him, but at the same time if I did, Shigaraki would just end up killing him. My thoughts kept going with no conclusion in sight. Thankfully Himiko got back with the key.

She looked panicked, as if something terrible had just happened to her. Himiko ran to me and attempted to shove the key into the keyhole. It missed a few times but eventually she undid the lock.

"I swear I heard something here." I heard a voice say. The voiced neared us in the hall. As soon as the key was twisted, Himiko ran behind the counter and pretended to wipe the dust off. If the league knew she had helped me, she would be dead.

"What the-, oh it's just the psycho girl." The villain said. He scanned the room and saw the key in my restraints. "Aw shit." He said and ran back. I panicked and tried to wiggle the key out, so I could take the restraints off. The key successfully fell, but not soon enough. All of the villains that were around, had gathered in the bar area. I kept trying to break free.

Just as I finally got the restraints off, and when Shigaraki was about to use his quirk on me, there was a knock on the door.
"Pizza delivery." The person on the other side of the door announced.
"Who the fuck orders pizza at-"

The entire wall got destroyed and some pro heroes came in. I quickly snapped my fingers and walked over to Himiko. I kissed her cheek quickly, then put her knife in her hand. I then walked over to Bakugo and undid his restraints. He had a whole other story with Kirishima and his rescue crew, so I decided to leave him. Ethan was my priority.

With my lantern in hand, I explored the hideout and went through every room in search of Ethan. Eventually I made my way to the basement. Of course it had to be a basement. As in every horror game ever, the basement was creepy as fuck. There was a concrete floor with the occasional blood stain.

As I neared the end of the basement, I saw something horrifying. There was a fresh blood trail towards a large pile of something. I brought the lantern towards it and saw multiple dead bodies stacked on one another. Each lifeless figure stared into my eyes. I felt like I was about to vomit. At the very top of the pile was Ethan.

I couldn't handle it anymore. I ran back up and all the way back to where the fight was about to begin. I hugged Himiko then ran. I ran all the way to Yaoyorozu's house where I was staying and hugged the two things I could rely on. Spencer and the kitten. Once I de-activated my quirk, Spencer licked me happily and the kitten purred. I let the tears spill onto their fur. I sent a quick message to the class group chat saying I was okay, but Bakugo was still out there. I got many replies of relief.

The rest of the night I watched the All Might fight on TV. I couldn't sleep. Not after what I had seen. And when my body took over and forced me to sleep, I had nightmare after nightmare. A few hours after the fight, I heard Yaoyorozu get home. She ran into here and gave me a hug. I told her everything that happened. She was speechless and told me to talk to the police the next day.

Everything had happened so fast that night. It was overwhelming. But thankfully the worst part of my life had come to a close. Since the only way you can go from rock bottom, is up.

Or so I thought.
