Chapter 24

A few weeks later and it was finally the day of the training camp. I had tried to confront mr Aizawa about the villains but he told me they were already taking precautions. Obviously they wouldn't be enough, but regardless we still went on the trip. I sat beside Mina in the front of the bus.

"Alright. Everyone off the bus. We're stopping at a rest stop." Mr Aizawa told us.
"Hold on, what kind of rest stop is this?" Someone asked. "Where's class B?"
"Of course we stopped here for a reason." Aizawa said.
"Heya Eraser. Sorry I haven't seen you in a while." Someone said. We all turned around and saw two girls in cat costumes.

"We are... THE WILD WILD PUSSY CATS!" They said and posed.
"These are the pro heroes who'll be helping us out this time." Aizawa explained. Midoriya started to fanboy over them.
"This whole area is our territory. You will be staying near the foot of that mountain." One of the pussycat's said.

"Wait, why'd we stop here then?" Uraraka asked.
"It's 9:30 am right now... I'm thinking maybe noon at the earliest." One of the pussycats said.
"Crap! Back to the bus quick!" Kirishima yelled.
"Kitties who don't make it there by 12:30 won't get lunch!" The other pussycat said. The ground tossed all of us down below, and the challenge began.

It was pretty simple for me. I snapped my fingers, walked through the forest without any issues or dirt monsters, and snapped my fingers again once again when I was at the camp. Even the teachers weren't there yet, so I sat at a bench and played a game on my phone.

"Wait, a student got here before us!?" One of the pussycats, Mandalay, said out loud.
"As expected, Amethyst." Mr Aizawa said as they walked passed.
"Well, uh. You can just relax until the others get here.
"Okay." I replied and went back on my phone to play some Minecraft.

Once my exhausted classmates got to the camp, they all got their stuff from the bus, then we ate dinner. Everyone ate like they had fought tons of monsters... oh wait, they did.
"Amethyst, I didn't see you through that whole thing. Where were you?" Kirishima asked me as he shoved as much food into his mouth as he possibly could.
"Oh, I made it back really quick because of my quirk." I told Kirishima as I ate some food myself.

"No fair, we had to fight so many of those dirt monsters." He complained and continued to stuff his mouth with food.
"I didn't even fight one." I said as I took another bite of food.
"What!? That's so unfair!"

After dinner we all headed to the baths. I put on a swim suit, knowing what Mineta would soon be doing. I was the last one out of the change room, so I joined the other girls in the warm water.
"Hi Amethyst. Excited to see what we're doing tomorrow?" Mina asked as I got into the water and sat down beside her.
"Yeah." I responded and relaxed in the water. I needed this relaxation.

"Ahhh, this feels so nice." Uraraka said as she sunk into the water. As the girls started talking, I zoned out. Something still felt wrong about his death. There was some commotion from the other side of the baths; the boy's side. More specifically it was Mineta.

"Ugh. Mineta's trying to peek." I said as I got up and grabbed my towel, then snapped my fingers and got changed. When I snapped my fingers again, I started to glitch. I walked up to where Kota was. I just wanted to teach Mineta a lesson.

"Hey Kota. Let's stop that perv." I said to him. He grunted, but helped anyways. When Mineta got to to top, Kota slapped him away, and I grabbed him by the neck and looked him in the eye.
"Did you forget our last conversation? I'll make sure you don't forget it." I smiled, he looked like he'd seen a ghost.

I threw him back down to his side of the baths and he splashed into the water. I stopped glitching, and saw Kota fall back from seeing the girls. Midoriya caught him and ran off.
"Thanks Amethyst!" The girls shouted.
"No problem." I said back, avoiding looking over. I snapped my fingers and walked down, then made my way to the girls sleeping area.

My phone had 2 messages. I opened them and saw they were from Himiko. I sighed and clicked on it, opening the messages.
Himi: I need to explain myself
Himi: Meet me in the forest
Me: why should I trust you
Me: you killed him
Himi: Please I need to explain myself
Me: fine
Me: don't be surprised if I don't listen
Himi: Just let me explain myself

I snapped my fingers and walked towards the forest. Once I saw Himiko, I snapped them again and sat down beside her on a log.
"Explain to me how I should trust you." I spoke.
"I didn't kill him. And I'm your girlfriend, you can trust me." Himiko told me. I fidgeted with the promise ring she had given me. Looking at her hand, she still had hers on too.

"Well depending on what you tell me in the next few minutes, that could change."
