The Family That's Ours (Sequel to Family)

It's perfect, Sunshine.

Dae and Jinyoung both took a box and made their way down to the car Felix apparently drove.

"What things did you put in these boxes?" Dae asks, jumping slightly with every step she took.

"Your laptop and charger, all phone chargers, and clothes."

"Don't you have technology?"

Jinyoung shakes his head. "Jackson gave me a phone and I didn't exactly need anything else at the moment."

"Well, once we go on our first mission, that's when the money comes rolling in."

"Is that how it works?" Jinyoung pondered. "They never really taught us that in school."

"I know, they did that on purpose. JYPE is supposed to just be how to be good in the mafia. Once a group debuts, then they learn how to properly earn money and be a good group."

"When will we learn that?"

"We have an extremely long meeting with JYP a day before we go back. 3racha will move out of their classroom while we're doing that and after the meeting, we'll move in."

"You know most of the mafia ins and outs though right?"

Dae sharply nods her head. "But I still want to go to the meeting, because it's a chance for me to ask questions and clarify things I've always wondered."

"You're taking this very seriously," Jinyoung teased, lightly bumping into her.

"Jinyoung, this is our job now. It's the rest of our life. It's life or death now."

Jinyoung hummed in acknowledgment. "I know, but I can still tease you about it."

"You're just a baby to this whole killing thing," Dae playfully taunted back.

"You've killed one person, Dae. One."

"Three," She corrected. "When I went on the mission to take down MCND, I killed WIN and Castle J. You, however, are still a murder virgin."

"Shut it."

They reach the car and place the boxes into the car and get into the backseat, waiting patiently for Felix. He places the box he carried in the trunk and jumps into the front seat of the vehicle.

"What am I, your chauffeur?" Felix teased, starting the car in the process.

"You kinda are though. But seriously, how did I never know you can drive."

"Cause you're stupid."

"How rude!" Dae feigned offense, which made Felix and Jinyoung burst laughing.

Somewhere during the car ride, Dae dozed off and let herself drift away from the world of consciousness. Jinyoung noticed this and gently adjusted his girlfriend's position so her head was resting on his shoulder. Viewing this scene from the rearview mirror, Felix smiled to himself.

Once the three were home, Felix quietly got out of the car and carefully took Dae away from Jinyoung, cautious not to stir her awake in the process. Jinyoung took a box from the trunk and silently followed Felix into their enormous home.

The rest of Stray Kids were waiting in their living room, located directly next to the corridor, being seen right as you walk into the house. With a single glance at Dae, everyone in the house understood to shut up and wait for Felix to place her in bed before discussing Jinyoung's rooming situation.

As Felix was taking Dae to her room, Jisung noticed the box in Jinyoung's hands. "Are there any more?" He whispered, gesturing to the box.

Jinyoung nodded. "I'll go get the rest," he set down the item he was holding and attempted to turn around but Jisung's voice stopped him immediately.
