"What do you think Çiçi? They are growing beautifully right?" - I had brought Çiçi to work today, we were sitting together inside the greenhouse. I was with my computer on checking some designs I just finished for a costumer. It had been three days since the last time I saw Demir that awful night. I hadn't gone back to Artemim since I didn't want to see him. I sent Ayda everything I had related to the Kırmızı proyect and talked with Vedat to handle the legal suff of Yıldızlar and Artemim's separation. Demir also made sure he wouldn't run into me. Every time he brought Aslı to classes he made sure to disappear just in time and I don't know if it was because of him or me, but we also hadn't seen each other at home.
"That way is better Çiçi, isn't it? ...Then why does it keep bothering me this much?"
"Selin? Burada mısın? - I heard Vedat voice some where around.
"Buradayım! "
"Ah there you are, N'haber Selin? Iyi misin? - I rose from my sit and Vedat came to give me a hug.
"İyiyim, teşekkürler, sen? Merve nasıl?"
"Iyi eyvallah, only two more weeks for our boy to come but Merve is having a really bad time now, we both can't wait for him to be with us but I have the feeling it's for different reasons" - Vedat chuckled at himself like he was remembering something funny - "Neyse, I was passing by and decided to stop to talk to you"
"You're always welcomed here Vedat, çay istiyor musun?"
"Tamam, şekerli lütfen" - Vedat sat down on the chair in front of mine while I brought him some tea.
"Buyrun" - I sat down with my own tea in hand.
"Bu küçük arkadaş kim? - Vedat said touching Çiçi's fishbowl.
"Bu Çiçi, baliğim" - I laid down on the table to look better at him - "En yakın arkadaşım! We've been together since college!"
"Gerçekten mi? Senin arkadaşın cok güzel"

"yaaaa çok sağol Vedat" - I smiled at him and he gave me one back, but it didn't last long. His face turned serious and he looked like was preparing to give some bad news.
