SELIN POV

There was so much darkness, you could barely see in front, there was no one around, no one to help her out of the pain that was crashing through her body. The smell of burnt wheels mixed with the horrifying smell of blood forced her to stay awake... her screams resonating through the tears that surrounded them, the darkness concealing the corps lying on the pavement.

Her eyes were battling with her own will, wanting to close, to rest. Her body ached in every single part, so painful that breathing was almost impossible. Darkness was knocking at her door while tears poured through her cheeks at the realization she was going to die.

"Selin!!"

I was there, I needed to help her, I needed to call for help, but I couldn't move. The accident happened like in slow motion, the other car crashing to her car's left side, the rollovers, glasses splashing through the floor, the screams, the cries... but I wasn't able to move, I couldn't warn them, I knew it was going to happen, but I couldn't help them.

"Selin please!!"

Rain started pouring heavily, soaking everything around and washing the blood from the road. I tried taking another step and found I could finally move... but it had been so long already....most of them were dead by now, except for the girl laying on the edge of the road. She was still shouting, her screams were shattering, her cries heart breaking. My feet moved towards her, I didn't want to get near her anymore, I didn't want to see her pain, but I was being pulled by a force I couldn't fight.

The smell of broken flesh in the air was sickening, the more I got close the more I could fill it in the air...her cries stopped suddenly, and my heart skipped a beat. I desperately ran the last steps towards her, the fear so vivid I could hardly focus. There was so much blood, everywhere, the girls head was facing the trees, the hair falling on her hiding her features from me. I rounded her and kneeled beside her, my knees sinking in the pool of blood her body was laying on. I saw my hand moving towards her face, I tried to stop me, I didn't want to touch her, my fingers reached the strands of her hair and I moved them away. My eyes finally saw her face and a strangled cry burst from my chest.

She was me.

"Selin wake up!!"

...

There was water falling on my body, it was cold and I shivered from it. My eyes were closed and I feared opening them, feared finding the pouring rain washing away the blood from my unmoving body on the pavement.

"Selin! Selin! Aç gözün!"

I heard a voice calling for me and my heart jolted. I knew this voice... Have you come to rescue me Demir? His voice was filled with anguish, and its desperation made me want to open my eyes to look at him... but I couldn't, my eyes refused to open. I was so week and so cold...

"Selin haydi uyan lütfen Selin"

I felt his hand on my face, shaking me to awake me, but it was so difficult... I tried again, my need to look at him made me put my whole strength in trying to open my eyes. They were so heavy that the effort to move them threatened me. Finally, my eyelids lifted barely, and I tried to focus on him.

"Ahh tamam geçti geçti ! Ben buradayım, geçti buradayım" – He was so beautiful, like an angel... I felt peace flooding in me because he was with me now, everything was going to be okay, he was not going to let me die in that road alone, he was going to rescue me. My eyelids closed again, I was too tired and too week to keep them open any longer.
