Not long after everyone decided to go to bed, the rain that had started the second Logan's mother left started to get worse. It had gotten so bad, that Logan was starting to get freaked out in the room that he got to himself. Logan didn't like when it was raining as hard as it was, because a lot of the time it meant that Lightning and/or thunder wasn't far away. And thunder was the one thing that scared Logan more than darkness (he always had some kind of light on; at the moment, it was a nightlight).
In order to find a way that would help Logan to be less freaked out, he decided to get up out of bed and head to the kitchen. He wasn't sure what he was going to find in there, but when he arrived he noticed the refrigerator was open. For a moment, he was thinking that someone had broken in; but then he remembered that he had three other people here with him.
Quickly making his way to the other side of the refrigerator door, he recognized the familiar dark blue pajama bottoms and white t-shirt. His heart stopped beating for a second, when he realized that he was the only one awake with James. He wasn't sure if he wanted James to know that he was still asleep, but he couldn't seem to move from his spot that was literally right behind James; barely any space between Logan and James.
"If you're trying to be sneaky, don't bother." James said, not sure who was behind him. He didn't like that the person was trying to be as quiet as possible at night, when there was a storm outside. Like Logan, James wasn't good with thunderstorms, let alone rain.
"Oh, I wasn't – I didn't…" Logan trailed off, not sure if he really wanted to finish his sentence. When James turned around, Logan blushed.
James laughed, "Why are you blushing, Logie?" The nickname only made his face redder. "Aww, you look cute when you blush."
"I – I do?"
"Yeah, you do, Logie." James smirked. If he didn't know any better, he would say that Logan knew damn well that he liked guys. Because Logan was getting flustered just with James calling him Logie. "But you know something, Logie?"
"Uh, n-n-no?" Logan was stuttering. He realized that he had to leave the scene soon, or something might happen that shouldn't – especially with two other guys in the cabin.
"I can't sleep with all the rain. You wanna keep me company?" James wasn't smirking now, but he did have a gleam in his eyes that told Logan that James had other intentions in mind.
Strange enough, Logan was muttering, "Sure."
Closing the refrigerator door, James reached out and grabbed Logan's wrist. On the way to the couch, James managed to intertwine his and Logan's hands; James' fingers between Logan's fingers. As they reached the couch, James didn't let go of Logan's hand; if anything, James' hold on Logan's hand tightened. Sitting as close as possible, they sat down next to each other; they were practically on top of each other. For some reason, they didn't want to take up much of the couch, even though no one else was awake.
"What do you wanna do, Logie?" The blush that was mostly gone from Logan's face came back faster than it did last time. Lowering his voice, James said, "Blushing turns me on, Logie." Logan's eyes grew wide, and he couldn't stop the squeak that escaped from between his lips. James laughed again, and Logan suddenly felt self conscious. "Aww, I didn't mean to embarrass you."
"Y-you didn't!" Logan exclaimed.
"Uh huh…" James noticed the blush go even darker, if that were possible. "So, you never answered my question. What do you wanna do?"
Logan won't deny the fact that the images going through his mind were nothing but dirty. He imagined James leaning forward and capturing his lips in a very passionate kiss. But that wasn't where it stopped. After a couple seconds, Logan imagined that James would pull him on top of him; so that Logan was straddling James. Not long after that, they would start grinding against each other wanting any kind of friction. He imagined that they would start tearing each other's clothes off, in an attempt to get anything out of the way of them going all the way.
