They totally forgot that they had the last classes together and smile at each other when Taehyung is the last to enter the room.

It's a good feeling to have someone to look forward to, with whom you can talk about anything, even though you haven't known each other for a long time. Even if they're omega and alpha, it doesn't matter. The natural hierarchy hasn't been an obstacle between them so far and won't be one in the future.

Their small talk is interrupted when the lecturer appears punctually and puts his books on the table with a bang. "Today we're going to talk about the German composer Georg Friedrich Händel."

Everyone sat down and took the notebooks out of their bags. Two and a half hours later, the two of them leave the building to go to the older one's, as discussed, and talk about Taehyung's mate.

Before the friends can go on their way, they hear a loud "Hello!" behind them and turn around. At first it was just curiosity, because it wasn't really clear who was meant by this, but when the finger points to Taehyung, the alpha wonders what's going on. He realizes that the young man is one of Jeongguk's friends, which makes him even more curious.

"What's your name?" Taehyung is torn from his thoughts when the stranger speaks to him directly.

"Taehy-" Taehyung was about to reply, it's not uncommon to be asked for your name in a university, but Hoseok stops him.

"Why do you want to know that?" The omega's voice is serious, it's obvious that he suspects this has no ordinary background.

"That's none of your business, I asked him." Tony points to Taehyung again, definitely sounding mad.

"As you can clearly see we were on our way home. Besides, I know exactly that you mean trouble. Why don't you go back to your friends and leave him alone." Hoseok turns to the younger. "Let's go, this person is just wasting our time."

Taehyung nods, unsure of the whole situation. Why does Jeongguk's friend want to know his name? Did he talk to them about him?

"Tony? There you are, we were looking for you, what are you-" Jeongguk comes running towards the little group that has formed. His words get stuck in his throat when he sees his mate standing not far away in front of him.

Tony nods his head in the direction of the alpha. "I just wanted to know the name of the new guy, but he refuses to tell me and his little friend over there is really getting on my nerves." If looks could kill Hoseok would be six feet under now.

Jeongguk looks petrified at his mate. "His name is Taehyung and his boyfriend is called Hoseok."

"He's not my bo-", Taehyung tries to say, but Hoseok is faster again.

He should be annoyed by this, but strangely enough, he feels that it's better if the older clears up the situation. After all, Hoseok knows these people better, especially Jeongguk. He didn't know him well to begin with and Jeongguk seems to have changed a lot. The omega is now a stranger to Taehyung.

"Jeon..." Hoseok sighs disappointed, after knowing that his dance colleague is his best friend's mate, he's not sure what to think about him. It's obvious that Jeongguk doesn't like the fact that he and Taehyung are together, especially since he is an omega himself.

"Jung. I think Tony would like to get to know the new student, surely you don't mind." Jeongguk could become an actor, the insignificance he shows convinces everyone here.

Taehyung looks for the mark on the younger's neck. With a very bad feeling in his stomach, he realizes that it's no longer there. Something is breaking inside him, but he doesn't want anyone to notice. Instead, Taehyung clears his throat and raises his head confidently. "Well then, now he knows my name, doesn't he? We have better things to do. Let's see each other tomorrow or maybe better not."
