        3RD PERSONS VIEW。

"hyuck, where's your necklace?" renjun questioned, noticing that his brother wasn't wearing the identical pendant necklace they all had. it was time for the younger princes to start their fencing training, since they decided to separate it for now because of their schedules.

donghyuck hummed and touched his neck, his fingers lacing around his bare skin, "hmm, threw it away."

renjun's eyes widened, "you what!?"

donghyuck gave him a boring stare, "i threw it away, renjun. didn't you hear me?"

"what's wrong, injun? don't tell me you're still wearing that necklace." jaemin raised a brow.

renjun was out of words as he scanned the dressing room, "did all of you... throw away yours?" he managed to word out, eyeing his brothers.

chenle nodded, "we did. a long time ago, recently donghyuck did, too."

"why?" renjun spat out, "why did you throw it away?"

jeno cocked a brow as he zipped up chenle's white jacket, "why? because we've already moved on from her, that's why."

"you're the one who was telling everybody it's not easy to move o—"

"yeah, it isn't." jaemin cuts renjun off, "it can take us more than five years to forget about the incident, but we learned to accept it and instead of locking us away from our past, we learned to be better."

"we will learn to not make the same mistakes again if we choose to overcome our past, that's why we threw it away." jaemin pointed out easily for renjun.

renjun sneered, "is it because of jaeyoung?"

donghyuck pursed his lips, "maybe. we don't know. but let go of the past renjun, you won't get any more stronger if you keep holding onto it."

"come on, we're dream kids, even if you push that name away, you're still one of us." jisung told the older one, a hopeful look on his face.

renjun felt his heart clench, he felt bad that he tried to push away his brothers. it wasn't like he wanted to, his emotions carried him away, but he couldn't fool himself because he was sure he also wanted to push them away.

the boy stared at his brothers, the lonely feeling growing inside of him. he never felt so lonely after the incident. sure, his brothers were there, but mina broke their brotherhood. everything they did for years became nothing but just memories.

that was what happened to him. he kept replaying and replaying those happy memories that it made him so bitter. he wished to become happy with his brothers again, he longed to be happy with them again.

he suddenly felt hot tears running down his cheeks, his hand reached up to touch them, "oh... i'm crying..." he trailed off soullessly.

"i-i'm sorry... let's just go.." he muttered and was about to leave the dressing room when chenle grabbed his wrist.
