         3RD PERSONS VIEW.

jaeyoung sat inside the study room as she faced minseok who was teaching her more about what to do and not to do. after hearing almost half of the rule book, she thought it's safe to assume that royals have less freedom than she thought they had.

she used to think they always get anything they wanted, but no, they didn't have the most important thing that every human being could have; freedom. sure, they get to go anywhere they want with just one word to the chauffeur, but they had their limits.

everyday they were stuck in this big old castle, learning what they should do in front of others and what they shouldn't do and just rather keep to themselves. they were taught to act far more different from what they actually are.

they had to learn everything about their heritage and history even if they didn't want to. they had to be supervised wherever they go, see? no freedom at all. even if it's to ensure they were safe, she couldn't tell if this was royal life or it was prison.

looking out the big windows jaeyoung could see some of the boys practicing archery – mainly doyoung, mark, and youngho.

turning back to minseok, she noticed that he had finished explaining all the rules she had to know about being a princess, a royal perhaps. now, the tutor was telling her about her limitations on where she could go and where she couldn't.

the only thing they banned her from doing was going outside alone, they never said that she couldn't go with the princes so she was technically fine with their only rule to her.

"did you get all that?" minseok questioned her and she nodded, "yes, minseok."

"good." he stated and placed down the book, "if you ever have any questions, just ask me or the princes."

"noted." she replied shortly and began to fix her things which only consisted of a pen and a thick notebook.

the door slowly opens revealing some of the younger boys. minseok sighed, "seems like you have some visitors, j-jaeyoung..." he trailed off, still uneasy to call her that since she insisted of dropping her title when they weren't in front of unknown people.

jaemin chuckles and approached her desk, "how was your first session?" he questioned, taking a seat in front of her.

jaeyoung crinkled her nose and let out a huff, "didn't know i had to memorize a ton of things." she whined, letting her head bang on the desk, but before her head could even land on the hard wooden table, a hand covered her as her forehead rested on it safely.

she flinched, looking up only to find renjun looking down at her with a look of disapproval. "a princess shouldn't do that." was all he said and retracted his hand before taking a seat beside jaemin.

jaeyoung scoffed lightly, "i'm not a prin—"

"you are." donghyuck cuts her off by ruffling her hair.

"hey!" she pouted as jeno helped and fix her hair.

donghyuck sniggered, "that's what you get for always denying it."

"come on, you have us now, don't hate what you are." jaemin told her, leaning back onto the backrest.

"what else do i need to learn?" she hums, looking at the boys.

renjun shrugged, "i think minseok let you have a free day for the rest of the day?" he looks at minseok who nodded at him.

minseok pursed his lips, gesturing his hand to renjun, "what he said."
