3RD PERSONS VIEW。
"jaeyoung, i told you not to force yourself off your bed." jungwoo lightly scolded as soon as he walked in witnessing jaeyoung out of her bed, looking out at the clear windows.
a pout formed on the girl's lips, "i just want to go out– i've been stuck for what? a couple of days now!"
jungwoo chuckled and sat beside her bed, "you'll be out soon, okay? your body just needs some rest."
jaeyoung pursed her lips, nodding at his words. "okay..."
the door bursts open revealing some of the boys piling in. "stop pushing–" jeno whined and moved away from them. "the cake!" jisung yelled, scared that the cake might fall.
jaeyoung laughed at them before smiling, "another cake?"
the younger boys waved at her as jaemin happily presented the cake. "we made you another cake! since... well, the last one gave us some unexpected events." he mumbled and walked towards the table to settle down the tray.
jeno ruffled her hair, "how are you feeling?"
"i'm good," she say calmly, despite the fact her emotions in the inside were the complete opposite. "i just...." she cranes her head towards the windows before smiling, "want to go out soon."
donghyuck crossed his arms, an arm around chenle as he tried to reassure her, "you'll be able to go out soon! don't worry."
jungwoo cleared his throat, "don't you boys have training?"
the six boys flinched and shot the older boy a sheepish look. "right..."
jaeyoung chuckled a bit, shaking her head as she pushed jaemin and jisung who were sitting down on her bed. "why don't you focus on your training for now? i'll be fine~"
chenle scrunched his nose, "well, we wanted to see you before we go train, that's why!" he reasoned and the others quickly agreed.
"good luck with your training! don't overwork, please." jaeyoung reminded them as they scurried out her room.
jungwoo pressed his lips into a thin line, sighing as he cleaned up the table. "i'll be back in a few minutes, stay put, okay?"
the girl nodded innocently as she watched him exit the room. as soon as jungwoo was finally gone, she let out a deep sigh and jumped out her bed. thankfully, she was able to survive the gunshot wound mina gave her, well that's all because of that scimitar who aided her.
she has been stuck in the same room for days, as they said it would be more safe for her to stay put and rest. the eastern tribe? they weren't heard off ever since the blonde scimitar was thrown into the dungeon while the king has punished every single traitor who betrayed their own kind.
jaeyoung had been dying to leave the room, all she had been hearing was faint talks about what has been happening. mrs. kang, hyori and miyeon would visit her time to time, especially whenever one of the princes wouldn't be able to watch over her.
the same routine happening over and over was making her feel more sick than she already was. slowly, she twisted the door knob and peeked through the little opening.
