BLACK SCREEN
Previously on Dewott's Path, a human named Kayla woke up in the form of a Dewott. She and Braixen formed a rescue team together, and set off on a quest that was much more difficult than they'd expected.
Braixen fell unconscious in a stream and instead of helping her, Dewott went back to the guild alone. Furious, Urshifu forced her to clean up the streets wearing an electric coat as punishment.
Braixen returned, but so did an army...
EXT. TREASURE TOWN - AFTERNOON
Dewott stands facing Sawk's army of Houndoom and Rillaboom.
DEWOTT
Never! I'm not afraid of you!
SAWK
That is... unwise.
The Houndoom and Rillaboom all step to the side so Sawk can walk down the middle.
SAWK
We are worth fearing.
Sawk walks down the isle and turns towards the stairs to Urshifu's Guild. The army stands in a formation behind him.
DEWOTT
Don't enter.
SAWK
I see no reason not to. I have something to settle with your Guildmaster.
Dewott runs to block Sawk's path.
DEWOTT
You aren't allowed in.
SAWK
You dare face me?
Urshifu walks out of the guild.
URSHIFU
Dewott, you—
(Sees Sawk's army)
What's going on here?
Sawk takes off his cloak and holds it in his hands.
SAWK
We will settle this issue with a battle.
URSHIFU
I don't know what "issue" you're referring to.
SAWK
Your underlings have sinned.
URSHIFU
Where are you from?
SAWK
(Yelling)
They've sinned!
URSHIFU
Where? Where do you come from?
SAWK
Darkwood Forest. Now let us do battle.
URSHIFU
Darkwood?
(Turns to Dewott)
Kayla! You... I told you not to... This is why you need to listen to my orders!
DEWOTT
Don't blame me for this!
SAWK
Silence!
(Calmly)
It is time for our battle.
Sawk steps back into a fighting stance. Urshifu glares at Dewott, but does the same. Both of them stand still, staring into each other's eyes.
