Chapter 35

Hades P. O. V.
"Mal? Wake up." I said. She was passed out. I couldn't get her to wake up. My arms were chained to the wall. "Come on Mal."

"Mmmhm." Finally. She opened her eyes and took a quick realization where she was. "Are we?"

"In your mother's dungeon. I think so." I finish for her. She tried to get out of her chains but they were burning her.

"Classy Maleficent. Using iron." She says. "Where's Ben?" She asked.

"Look to your right." It was a little dark down here. Kind of hard to see who's who but your eyes adjust.

"Ben? Ben wake up." She yelled.

"Its no use. It was hard enough to wake you up." I said.

"Who else is here?" She asked.

"You, me, Beasty boy and his parents. There's a few more people over there, but I can't make out their faces. But I'm going to assume there your friends." I said.

"I hope Maurice made it out." She said. "God I don't know what I would do, if my mother ever got hands on Juliet."

"Trust me, if your mother got her hands on Juliet, we'd know." She nodded knowing I was right.

The door slammed open and in walked Maleficent. All the lanterns were suddenly lite and now you can see clearly everything.

"Good, your finally awake." She said. She waved her scepter and everyone else was coming out of their dream state.

"What the?" Beasty Boy said.

"Quiet. Now that your all awake. I'll give you one chance to tell me where Juliet is." She says looking over at Mal and Ben.

"Never." Mal said.

"I was hoping you'd cooperate, but I guess I'm going to have to force it out of you." She wickedly smiles. "Knuckleheads!" She yells. Then the two  dimwits walk in. "Take my daughter, and the pathetic fool she calls a father."

"Where are you taking them?" Ben yells.

"You'll see yourself soon enough."

Ben's P. O. V.
She took Mal and Hades out of the room going to whatever the hell Maleficent meant. I look over to Evie, Jay, and Carlos, all of who were giving each other worried looks. Do they know where she took Mal?

"Do you guys know where she took them?" I ask. They look at me debating whether to tell me or not. I grew impatient very quick. "I can tell by the looks on your face. Tell me where she took her." I yelled.

"If we're right, Mal and Hades are gonna be in pain when they come back." Evie says. WHAT?

"What do you mean?" My mother asks.

"Maleficent used to beat Mal when she was angry." Jay said. What? Why didn't Mal tell me?

"And we've never seen Maleficent this angry. So we don't know what we're expecting." Carlos finishes.

"Dammit." I say under my breath. "Does anyone know if Maurice made it out okay?" I ask.

"Well before everything went black I saw him head into the forest behind the castle, so I'm assuming yes." Jay says. "I'm sure Juliet and Maurice are perfectly okay." He finishes.

"Ben this might seem a little absurd, but do you think maybe you can use you beat strength you used in tourney to break the chains?" Carlos asks.

"Maybe." I pull at the chains for a little while but nothing was happening. I pulled and pulled harder until I heard the door open. Mal was dragged in by these two guys who took her before. She was struggling against their grip. They put her back in the chains and left. "You okay?" I ask turning my head towards her. She nodded. This is not happening. I started pulling against the chains again harder than before and then I heard something break. Before I knew it the chains fell from the wall but my hand were still in the cuffs.

"Damn Ben!" Evie says surprised. "There's a Bobby pin in my hair, use it to pick the lock." She says. I walked over to her, found the pin and unchained myself. Then I did her. She got up and looked over at Mal. "Go to her." She says. I rush over to her side lifting her chin up. She smiles at me. I take the bobby pin and undo her chains. I pick her up bridal style and turn around. Everyone else was now free.

"So what's the plan?" I ask.

"Their bound to bring back Hades any moment. I say we take one of the chains knock them upside the head and make a break for it. But we're gonna have to be careful. If we can get out of here through the dungeon exit, we can go to our hideout." Jay explains.

We waited until they brought back Hades, and Evie and Jay used the chains to hit them. They were out cold. My dad helped Hades up, and I picked Mal up.

"Let's do this." I say. We left the dungeon with Jay leading us to an exit out of the dungeon. We heard a few guards, so Jay and Carlos waited to their backs were turned away from and knocked them out with a couple of punches. We kept going to the exit. The exit lead right into the forest of the Isle.

No ones P. O. V.
When they made it out of Maleficents castle it was a straight shot to the Hideout. And when they finally got there, they were all tired of runing. Ben layed Mal down on the couch and sat down on the floor by her. Adam helped Hades down onto a chair. Everyone else just surrounded in a circle.

"What do we do now?" Carlos asked.

"Easy." Mal said sitting up. Ben immediately going to her side. "Let her come to us."

"What good is that gonna do?" Adam asked.

"You have your Ember?" Mal asked her dad.

"In my lair." Hades says.

"We get that Ember, and I can defeat her." Mal says.

"Mal..... " Ben starts to say.

"I know. I just gave birth  about twelve hours ago, and I just got shit beat out of me. But I can do it. I have the same powers my mother does, and the only thing stronger than my mother is that Ember. If I can get my hands on that Ember, I can take her down for good. And we can get our daughter back." Mal said looking over at Ben.

"Okay." Ben says knowing that fighting with Mal right now is not the best idea.

"So who's coming with me?" Hades says getting up.

"I will." Ben says joining him.
