Soon we were sitting outside on the porch of the front of the house. It was nice and somewhat warm as Steve told us about his time at Disneyland. We were also drinking iced tea and lemonade as Grant sat in his portable carrier. He was awake now. Lady kept us company too.

"What can I say.... It was the 50's." He trailed at first.

"Many people were there. We got to meet Walt Disney, himself. Scott and Elaine knew him, so we were privileged to meet the guy. Walt was genuinely nice. Peggy was very enamored of him and asked him some questions about the park. He was so happy that day. It was opening day after all. The sun was out and it was very warm." Steve explained to us. We're listening intently and envisioning what it was like for them that day.

"We also got to see Sleeping Beauty's castle and ride many of the rides. We saw a parade there in the park. Some guy named Art Linkletter was there too. I know neither of you would know who that was. It was a great day. All of us had a great time and really liked the park." Steve reminisced.

"We liked it so much, we wanted to bring our kids to Disneyland sometime." Steve added.

"That's great! Did the two of you do that?" I asked.

"Yes we did. I even found out that day we were at Disneyland that Peggy was going to have a baby. She even told me that she would be fine riding the rides in the park!" He said and smiled as he remembered that.

"I was pregnant with Grant when I took James there for the first time! I was concerned about some of the rides but we made it through. We loved the park!" I said to Steve. He looked at us and smiled.

"I know it's a special memory for me and I'm sure it was for you two." Steve said as he drank some lemonade.

"We ended up buying some souvenirs because Bucky just loved the park, especially Sleeping Beauty's castle. We really like Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. We can't wait to take Grant when he's old enough!" I expressed.

"Please do so! We had so much fun with our kids when we went a few times. That's why I go back now, to relive those moments I had with Peggy and our family." Steve explained.

"In fact I saw you two that one day! I so desperately wanted to say who I was to both of you but I knew if I did, Bucky would know right away that it was me. Even when we had eye contact that day, I just knew that Bucky would know it was me or thought it was someone who's like me!" Steve explained and revealed that it was him at the park when we were there.

"So it was you! I thought it was but I had to ask the staff in the area who was that elderly guy. They said you normally come alone and wander around like you're looking for something. They say that you look a little sad when you come." James said. A smiling Steve just looked at us and drank more lemonade.

"That's because I'm remembering my time being with Peggy and our family. We had a great life together and didn't want it to end. We really loved each other and cherish each other like we're supposed to. She was the love of my life." Steve thoughtfully said.

"I'm glad you had that with Peggy. How long were the two of you married?" I asked Steve.

"Mmm... we were married a long time. I must say I miss her at times. I can tell that the two of you are deeply in love. It's the good kind to have." Steve said. He looked over at us. James and I were holding hands. I glanced at James, flashing a smile which made him smile too. I think now I got him to really relax more. We heard some stirring around and looked at Grant. He was starting to make his baby noises.

"Mmm... oh! Looks like Grant's trying to talk! He's an early bloomer! I wonder where he gets that from?" Steve said while he looked at Grant.

"I think it's from me or maybe his dad!" I said as I took him out of the portable baby carrier. All of us laughed. "I think I need to take him inside for a diaper change!" I added and went inside with Grant.
