As we headed back, we wanted to stop along the way and use the restrooms. This time, it's going to be a while because he doesn't want to stop at the small town where he said someone died. He said something about bad vibes.

"Where can we go along this road? I really need to go!" Bucky asked as he said his bladder was about to burst.

"Uh... you can pull alongside the road and find a tree do your business." I suggested to him.

"You mean to actually take a whiz on a tree in the wilderness here?" He asked with shock.

"That's the way the pioneers did it when they came west in the 1800's, Big guy!" I laughed. "Besides you can do it further away from the road, so that people won't see you." I added.

"Right." he simply said.

"You mean you never did that guy thing that all of you do when your teenagers? That peeing contest I've heard so much about from an ex-boyfriend of mine back in high school!" I teased him about. He just laughed and smiled at me.

"First of all, I have done that many years ago as a youngster. I just choose not to because of performance issues with the guys." He said with a chuckle.

"Well, just pull over at a good spot, preferably with a secluded road and do your business." I said.

"Mmm... OK. I see one! Is that OK?" He said while he pointed at road going into a forest.

"Yeah, that looks perfectly fine." I said and saw where he plans to stop.

"Here goes nothing!" He said as he turned onto the road and parked the truck. We sat in the truck for a while making sure that others were not around.

"I suggest someplace that's not along the road and then do your business." I gently said to him.

"OK. Please keep an eye out for me!" He said as he got out and ran to a tree a good ways away from the road. I could tell he was doing his business. I saw some cars pass along the main road to South Lake Tahoe. A few minutes later, I didn't see him. I thought he maybe sneaking around the truck and surprising me when he got in but no, he was nowhere. I slowly got out of the truck and headed toward him, hoping to run into him. The buddy system I was thinking in my mind and wanted to tell him while I was getting worried. We decided as we stopped that I would wait for him and then I would go when he came back. He wanted someone to watch the truck while he went. I locked the truck when I got out and pocketed the keys, walking among the jungle of the forest, I followed where he went. I stood at the tree where he stood. I turned around for awhile then I saw him in the middle of the forest. He was just standing there and a deer walked up to him nudging his right hand. Another deer came up to him and sniffed his left arm, nibbling some of his t-shirt. I couldn't help but stop and stare at the marvel of what I saw. I could tell that he was standing still and letting them do their animal exploring. I'm sure he's thinking he wants help. The one nudging Bucky's right hand, ended up nuzzling his hand and licked it. Oh my! I just hope he doesn't have food on him. I warned him not to carry food when going into the forest of Tahoe because of the danger of bears. I tried not to make a sound. I wanted him to know I'm right behind him. The amazing sight was too much for me to handle. It so awe-inspiring. I wonder what he thought. I slowly took out my cell phone, silenced the volume and then snapped a photo of him with the two deer. This was worth a photo. Before I could move, I heard some birds fly by and the deer were unphased by it. The one to his left ended up touching Bucky's hair with his nose. At this point I texted him to see if he had his phone with him. I thought that would be better instead of rustling in the forest. Fortunately, his phone was set on vibrate and he slowly put his left hand in his pocket to pull it out. When he saw the screen and a text from me, he slowly turned his head and saw me from his peripheral view and slowly smiled at me. I gingerly came toward him as the deer quietly parted from him but stuck around, hiding in the trees.
