Chapter 4
2 days later
"Haejin-ah, they already need the revision of the fourth chapter," Wendy approached Haejin's table and placed some folders. "You alright?" She asked upon seeing Haejin's face. Aside from that, she also looked disoriented.
The younger slowly nodded, "Y-Yes, unnie. I'm fine." She smiled. "I sent the fourth chapter to Donghyuck yesterday."
"I could hear you perfectly! And yes, I'm about to finish it already." Donghyuck, who's making coffeee from the other side of the room, yelled back to Haejin. "I'll just place the flashdrive on your desk when I'm done, noona. Don't worry."
Wendy nodded and went to her desk, "It's fine, Hyuckie."
The mentioned guy went back to his table, which is beside Haejin's, "What are you working on?" He asked and peeped over her computer.
She sighed, "T-Today's feature... for the blog."
"Are you sure you're okay? You've been taking heavy breaths since earlier. You don't look okay to any of us, Jinjinnie." He frowned and lightly patted her arm. His eyes widened when he realized that Haejin has fever. "Y-Yah, why did you still come to work? You should have stayed at home and rest."
"I'm fine, oppa." She stopped typing and looked at him.
"You're really sick, I swear!" Donghyuck breathed exaggeratedly. "You only call me 'oppa' when you need something." He stood up and looked at the girl in front of her. "Stand up, I'm taking you home."
"I-I don't want to, Donghyuck. I told you, I'm fine," she sighed and continued typing.
"Why did Jaemin allow you to go to work if he knows that your condition is like this?" The boy sighed and raised a brow when she stiffened. "Oh, what? Don't tell me he doesn't know?"
The girl didn't reply and just continued her work.
"Don't tell me you two are fighting?" Haejin stopped typing and leaned her head on the desk, while using her arms as a pillow. "So you two are fighting." He sat on his swivel chair once again and faced the girl who didn't care as of the moment. "Why?"
Haejin sighed, "The usual. Misunderstanding, disagreement, shouts, voice raising." She faced Donghyuck, "So bold of you to assume he knows that I'm sick. He doesn't care—"
"Idiot." Donghyuck rolled his eyes at the younger. "Before you got into dating, he was your best friend. For how long? Eleven years. During college, you two lived under the same roof, then he finally confessed that he likes you. He courted you for five years until you said yes. Now you're telling me that he doesn't care? You're an idiot, I'm telling you."
The girl glared at him, "You didn't let me finish my sentence." She sighed. "He doesn't even care, well, as of the moment because we're fighting."
Donghyuck surrendered and continued what he was doing earlier. But of course he wouldn't let them finish the day like this.

"Wait, my friend is texting me." Mark paused the music for a while and opened Donghyuck's message.
Why is your sister so stubborn? She's sick and she still came to work.
