VINGT!

Morning comes around, I wake up and snuggle into Hunter, who is still snoring peacefully next to me.

Today I go back home, I honestly cannot wait, but I also dread going back. The last 2 days were perfect. Stress free! I guess there are perks about being a rogue.

I get up and go to the little bathroom, taking an almost boiling shower. I wash my hair and my body, reliving last night over and over again.

There comes a knock from the door.

"Stop thinking about it! Otherwise I'm going to repeat what happened and then you are not going home." Hunter yells through the door.

I know he is trying to threaten me, but honestly that sounds a lot more like a reward or something.

I finish my shower and dry myself off, walking out butt naked. I see Hunter eating cereal, before he chokes on it.

I laugh and put my clothes on that lies on the floor. It's nice to get him all worked up.

He growls and rushes to pin me against a random pillar in the middle of the house. He presses his face in my neck and inhales deeply. I run my fingers through his hair and we stay like that for a few minutes, before he lets go and stalk to the bathroom.

Hunter is the only one who is taking me back. The rest stayed back and wished me well and said that I should come back.

Hunter and I walk in silence until we reach the edge of the border of my grounds. A guard sees us and immediately calls out for Luke.

Hunter takes my hand and squeezes it, before turning and leaving me alone with the guard.

As soon as Hunter is not visible anymore, I walk towards the guard.

"I came here alone, okay?"

He nods and let's me pass.

I start jogging towards the pack house, following a cherry smell. Becoming happy, I run a little faster.

Brad and Luke is standing outside the pack house scanning the area. Brad sees me and runs towards me. Hugging me tightly as soon as I am within arms reach.

My home, my mate, my Brad, but not my Hunter. I try to push Hunter out of my mind, trying to enjoy my moment with Brad.

Luckily Luke saves me and clears his throat.

"Where is he? Where are the rogues?"

"I ran when they were all sleeping. I got lost a few times until a found a little village. I asked where I was and found my way back. Those people were nice enough the allow me shower and eat." I lie, slightly. I wasn't lost, the village I found was actually the pack of rogues and they were nice to feed me.

Luke nods and hands me my ring back.

"We'll talk about this later. Alone!"

I stare at the ring in my hand, as Luke walks away, Brad wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer.

"I missed you much Lexi, I barely left and I lost you. That's not happening again, Luke and I talked with the councils we might merge both our packs, but take your time to think about it. No need to rush any decisions."

He leads me inside the pack house.

"I missed you too." I whispered softly, thinking about those simple words he just told me. Merging packs? Not unheard of when there is one alpha, but there is two alphas so how will that work?
