I stood outside the music store as the sunset. I held onto the straps of my guitar case as I waited. I saw one of Uenoyama's coworkers walkout. "Is Uenoyama still in there?" I asked. The guy looked at him. "Yeah he didn't feel well he should be out any minute," he said then walked out. Uenoyama wasn't feeling well. I mean I guess at school he did look a bit pale. Maybe I was right about the whole overworking thing. I walked into the store and hopped behind the counter walking down the hallway. "Uenoyama?" I said. "Give me a second!" I heard him yell back. I followed his voice to the staff break room. Uenoyama sat there taking a drink from a water bottle he had. "You're coworker said you didn't feel well," I said. "Yeah I'm good, just light-headed," he said looking over at me. He looked really overwork. "Maybe you should call off work tomorrow," I said. "No no I'll be better tomorrow," he said and stood up. I saw him lean a bit before walking over to me. "I think I'm going to call Haruki too come pick me up," he said taking out his phone. "Here I'll do it, you sir sit back down," I said taking his phone from him. Uenoyama sat back down as I looked through his contacts till the contact Haruki caught my eye. I clicked the call button and held it up to my ear. The phone rang a few times before it stopped. "Hello?" I heard a males voice on the other line. "Hi um, I'm a friend of Uenoyama's he's feeling really sick and was wondering if you could give him a ride back home? We are at his work" I said into the phone softly. There was a short moment of silence before his answer. "Sure I'm on my way," he said. "Thank you," I said then hung up. "Thank you," Uenoyama mumbled. "Come on welts go out front and wait for him," I said walking over. Uenoyama nodded and slowly stood up. I grabbed his arm and wrapped it around my shoulders so he had balance. We walked out front just as a car rolled up. "I'll see ya tomorrow," I said. "Thanks, Mafuyu," he said. I nodded as he walked over to car and got in.

I watched the care drive off. At least he didn't seem to be throwing up. I smiled a bit and headed home. Maybe having him as a soulmate wasn't a bad thing...
