Soulmates [Mafuyama]

Chapter Fifteen

It's been a year since we graduated. It didn't take long after that for Uenoyama and I move to Tokyo together. We got a nice Apartment we shared. It wasn't big, but, we both decided to not go big since it was just us. It was nice. I got to experience how Uenoyama acted at home on a normal basis. He played video games with Itaya a lot but If I wanted to you know have fun or needed something he would drop it like it was nothing. And for those asking, because we all are thinking how much we did have sex. It was only a lot when we first moved to the apartment only because we were alone together. Now not as much. 

School was great. I'm majoring in Vocal music and teaching and Uenoyama in composing and conducting. We didn't see each other much at school which is good since we live together and see each other all the time. Usually, High school couples don't make it. Mostly, because they don't try but Uenoyama and I are different. We had date nights every other Friday where we didn't talk about school or our part-time jobs. 

We stood together on our balcony watching the sunset in the sky. "I feel like my brain is so full of school its exhausting," Uenoyama said. "Well then we can talk about us," I said smiling at him. "That statement makes me worry," he said looking at me. "I want to be with you forever," I said. "Then marry me," he spoke.

"What?" I said looking at him. "Then we should get married," Uenoyama said. "I will when you get a ring," I said with a laugh. "Prove it," he said and lowered himself onto one knee. Oh my god... "Ritsuka..." I said. I thought no way until he pulled out a ring box opening it. "Marry me, Sato Mafuyu?" he asked looking up at me. "Okay, Yes I will," I said smiling. "I can't believe you bought a ring," I said as he put the ring on my hand and stood up. "I'm always prepared," he said. I smiled and pulled him close and kissed him. He lifted me off the ground so my legs wrapped around his waist. 

"I'm glad this whole soulmate thing happened," I said.

"Soulmates... I like that," he said and kissed me carrying me inside and to our bed.
