I went down to the Domain today, for breakfast, last night's chat with Mipha still fresh in my mind. I think she is warming up to me, I didn't know that princesses had so many troubles. At least I wasn't constantly hassled to do this and do that – and on top of that, her father is trying to find her a suitor! How annoying is that?
Truthfully, yes, I would like to be Mipha's suitor... not like that would ever happen. I mumbled happily to myself as I flew down to the Domain.
As I walked through the crowds of Zora, they smiled and chatted happily to me about their daughters or sons, I was surprised they talked to me at all. When I asked a woman why everyone was talking to me, she gave me a funny look and said "Revali, sir, you are a champion! Why would we not talk to you?" and walked off with a smile.
I stood still for a second, dumbfounded, and then spotted Mipha in the crowds. I followed her, maybe she was going somewhere where I could get breakfast! But Mipha was walked determinedly to the Great Hall, where I had met her Father.
Okay, maybe I should have stopped following her... but I continued, to the Great Hall, telling myself I would get breakfast there... I stood at the door and waited, listening.
Mipha's father sounded angry. "You must be married before you are 107! Otherwise you are breaking the traditions of the Zora!"
"But I have a task! Stop bringing in suitors who only care about my money! You will choose one of them to rule beside me! The ones who will bring our kingdom down, won't you?! You will ki-"
"GO TO VAH RUTA, MIPHA!! THIS IS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR!!" King Dorephan was beginning to get really angry.
"I WON'T UNTIL YOU PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BRING IN ANOTHER SUITOR AND GIVE ME TIME TO FIND MY O-" Mipha yelled, stopping mid-sentence.
"I... YOU... MIPHA!!" King Dorephan swung his arms high in the air in anger, not realising how close he was to Mipha... I saw Mipha crouch, squeaking in fear – No, I couldn't bare to see her get hit... instead of bracing myself for hearing her cry, I leapt out in front of her...
And I collapsed to the ground, the world fading from my eyes. My head pounded, no longer in control of my body...
Then the world faded into black.
