I cannot believe how much I have changed today... I am an official champion. The people of the Zora are filled with even more pride for their "brave princess", as they told me after the ceremony. Not that I was listening. I was focused on someone else... Link...
I met the other champions today... but the only one I didn't know before was Revali. I have been to Rito Village before, but never met him. I have only really met the leader, Kaneli, and his daughter, Lasli. Revali is a bit... odd. Our conversation seemed forced from his side. I don't think I like him all that much, but that's just a first impression. He did seem very shy.
Link... he no longer resembles the child I first met... He is an accomplished knight now, the keeper of the sword that seals the darkness. When we were young, he was so open and kind to me... now it seems that he is forever looking into something on the horizon. It puts me on edge.
But when I looked into those clear blue eyes... oh, I just... I think I'm in love!! He is so handsome, and amazing, and...
I was distracted throughout the whole ceremony... I feel so ashamed now. I could feel Muzu's eyes from the banner behind me boring holes into my back, but I ignored it... I must have looked like a fool.
After the seemingly endless ceremony, I got to meet with the other champions and we examined the Shekiah Slate. Revali slammed the slate into my hands, they are still a little sore. On the bright side, I got a picture! At least, that's what the princess called it...
It is a true-to-life image of us... all six of the champions. Purah took it. Daruk was being silly and squashed us all in together - now it looks like one of those silly family pictures that someone did something wrong for. Father held me and Sidon in until our heads burst and the painter painted it perfectly. That image still embarrasses me... I hope my future partner won't hold it over my head...
I'm sort of embarrassed to say this, but... right now, I think Link would make a great King of Zora's Domain...
Father's crown is a valuable heirloom, crafted from the finest luminous stone and silver.
And for some odd reason...
In my head, I can see Link wearing it.
