JISOO's POV
I studied until I couldn't keep my eyes open. I knew that there was just too much for me to do but since I got inspired after my quick lunch with Jin, I managed to finish all my works in one sitting. Fortunately, I was able to grab complete eight hours of sleep at my room before returning to my schedule again the next day.
My schedule for this morning was pottery. To be honest, I was really enjoying this session. I got lost in each piece that I made. When I was throwing a piece nothing was more important than the gesture of the form. When I was decorating the piece, the mark of the brush carries the weight of the world. While the world faded away, I thought about someone using the piece over time and continuously discovering different nuanced aspects of the form and surface.
"You're doing great Princess Jisoo" my tutor, praising my effort while she was watching me.
"Do I? Thank you!" I smiled as I focused back on my clay-molding.
As I was making them, the curve and movement of each piece was obsessed over. And after they were fired, each piece was completely one of a kind to me.
"You made quite a lot, Princess" Ms. Dara stood beside my seat as she noticed that this was my 3rd small pot.
"I want to give these for my family. This one is for my father, and this one, oh my mother would love it!" I said while I was pointing each of the pots.
"And this third one is for my brother" I added as I polished the last pot I was making.
"Leave it to me and I'll make sure they will receive those precious gifts." Ms. Dara said. She was accurately attuned to my needs and much more agreeable to be around.
"Thank you Ms. Dara! Anyway, do we still have time?" checking my watch, I turned around to face her.
"Yes, we still have. Do you have any plans after this pottery?"
"None, I just want to make another piece before we leave"
"Another pot again?" curious, she asked.
"No, I want to make a frame actually. I want to try it. Can you remind me ahead of time if we need to go already?" I set my shoulders back and settled down to work my hands off.
Ms. Dara just let me enjoyed the remaining hours. I had managed to almost get ahead on the molding. Since I'd basically learned these stuffs easily, I was ahead of my schedule.
I wanted these objects that I made to appreciate heartily. I hope that they will become full of memories and sentimentality, appreciated because of their beauty, design and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Morning passed by and afternoon came, so I had to leave this pottery place. I went back to the palace, feeling happy and contented.
As soon as I arrived, I straightly went to the garden cause Ms. Dara told me that Jin will be on the grounds today, doing some horseback riding. I searched for a spot where I can wait for him.
I was smiling on my phone while I was scanning the pictures of my effort I took earlier.
"You're in a good mood. I see" dressed in polo shirt tucked in a white pants, Jinyoung took a seat beside me.
"What's with the boots?" still smiling, I checked out his outfit today.
"Game, later" he sweetly smiled, his gaze was locked at me.
