The Jade creature made his way to the barracks so he he could make a speech to the soldiers he was taking with him to battle, the platoon he was taking was the 8th legion, a highly trained group of soldiers who were familiar with surprise attacks and infiltration.
He walked inside and all the men stood up in the presence of their commander.
"Listen up, what we are doing today is important for the future of mankind, you should be scared, because this is a fortress we are attacking, the main base of a leading force in the world, we need this victory, you may think that I can take them all out on my own, you would be mistaken, I need you, all of you, to help me destroy all of the samurai.......SO WHOS IN!!!?" The Jade creature shouted.
As all the men started to cheer for the speech to show their confidence, the men were ready, and so the march began.
The troops were ready and the Jade creature had rounded them all up and commanded them to stand at the front of the city where they would begin the walk.
"Alright men, lets go." Shouted the Jade creature as the men me began to follow him.
The march took 10 hours and when they arrived they saw Bjorik and the Vikings hiding on a hill. The Jade creature and the soldiers marched up and made themselves known.
"So, finally grew the balls to arrive, eh" shouted Bjorik
"You can't say much, your a Viking" the Jade creature shouted with humour as he went to greet him.
"How are ya my big green friend." Bjorik asked
"I'm a little worse for wear, besides I'm saving the future so it's worth cost."
"Saving the future? What are you a messiah of some sort." Asked Bjorik in confusion.
"Ah it's a long story, come on I'll tell you all about it." He said as he walked with him.
They walked away and the men got settled with the other Vikings. They spent the rest of the day resting and preparing for battle and making sure their armour was prepped.
"Alright, Valor, Kirin, Curtis, your all with me, let's go." Swiftly said the Jade creature.
"You be careful in there, we need you in the attack." Said Bjorik.
"I'll be fine, besides these men won't let me down, will you?" He said as he looked at the chosen soldiers.
"No sir, we will never let a man of your honour down." Said Valor.
"That's the spirit. Cmon" said the Jade creature as he headed down to the river.
They quietly ran down to the area that Glamdrog talked about and found it under some leaves and vines, it was clearly old but by the looks of it it looked like it was still sturdy and usable.
The walked inside, and right off the ant the men were disgusted by the awful smell
"What is that." Shrieked Curtis coveting his Nose.
"Suck it up, we'll be out soon, right boss?" Asked Kirin.
"Let's hope so, the map Glamdrog described is not clear, there's many things that are not here that he spoke of." Said the Jade creature as they kept walking down the pipe
The eventually made it to an area where men's voices could be heard, deep, scratchy and angry voices of men speaking Japanese, the Jade creature had to hatch a plan to take them out without alerting the other soldiers inside.
"Alright, here's what's gonna happen, Kirin, Curtis you stay here, Valor I need you to throw something to draw their attention away, when you do that I'll break through the wall and take down one of them and you take down the other before he can shout, is that clear?" Explained the Jade creature
"Yes sir." Said Valor without question.
The Jade creature broke a hole in the wall with as little noise as possible and prepared for Valor to throw a rock to distract the 2 soldiers. Valor threw the rock and the soldiers were quickly confused as to what had happened, the Jade creature then jumped down onto one of the men and stabbed him right in the back with his spear, while Valor came up behind the other and quickly took him down.
"Good job, let's go, I can see the monument from the window." Said the Jade creature.
They then moved towards a small bridge from where the monument was visible. The Jade creature however didn't know how to destroy the monument without being seen. Until....
"I know how we can do it." Said Kirin "We can use these" he said as he took some bombs out of his backpack "I made these bombs before the battle incase of emergency, they should be enough to do some damage, if we throw them from here they could land where we want them to." He explained
The Jade creature and the other men smiled as they each grabbed some bombs. One after the other they threw them and you could hear the steel monument fall to the ground, the citizens gasp in fear, and you could see the soldiers stand in shock as the centre of the city had been destroyed. Now it was time to light the signal.
