The Jade Creature

Chapter 24 - Putting it to the test.

The Jade creature wants to put the Cadaver to the test to see what it could do on the battle field. He was eager to receive further orders from the commander, he was that determined to find out how good his new weapon was.
He arrived at the military base and consulted the commander.

"I'm ready for new orders." The Jade creature said to the commander confidently, hoping he would receive an incredibly dangerous mission.

"What are you so happy about." The commander asked in confusion, before he saw what the Jade creature was holding. "Oh, now I understand." The commander answered. And then he gave the Jade creature his new mission.

"This will suffice greatly." The Jade creature said with a smile, and he walked away.

His new order were to storm a terrorist training camp by surprise and destroy everything he saw there. He was instructed not to hold back and kill anyone and anything that is there unless they were hostages.

And so the Jade creature was deployed a quarter mile away form the training camp, and at full speed ran towards it. He then shoulder bashed through the wall and began his all out assault. The first terrorist he saw turned around in shock and had no time to react before the Jade creature gave Cadaver its first kill.

"Finally, I missed this more than anything." The Jade creature said while smiling and throwing the dead body on the floor while being met with a barrage of shots. He ran up to another shooter and stabbed him through the chest and threw the body onto another terrorist, crushing him. One light minded terrorist thought it would be a good idea to try and punch the Jade creature, he was wrong, as he walked back with his hand in pieces, the Jade creature then buried Cadavers soil in his skull, instantly killing him.

"Come on you sick animals, show me what you can do!!!" The Jade creature shouted, taunting the terrorist.

Then a swarm of them came out of the houses came running at him, guns blazing. One after the other they fell to Cadaver at the hands of the Jade creature.

But this time the dust settled, there were hundreds of dead body's on the floor, and the adrenaline racing through the Jade creatures veins was greater than it had ever been.

"This.....is......me, I am re-birthed." The Kade creature said to himself breathing heavily, feeling greater than he ever had.

Cadaver has restored the Jade creatures sense of life, and finally he saw something in himself, he was more than just a prophesy, he was human again.

And he was ready to fight again. A terrorist that was badly injured crawled out from the pile of body's, he was struggling to breath, he spoke to the Jade creature.

"You, kill my family.....my brothers. You. Will. Pay......." the terrorist said as he pulled a detonator out of his pocket and triggered it.

The explosion obviously had no effect on the Jade creature, dealing damage to nothing but the ground, and turning the other dead body's into smoothies.

"Dumb terrorist." The Jade creature said to himself, and he walked away from the battle site. He looked at Cadaver one more time.

"You don't disappoint do you?" The Jade creatures said to Cadaver, and he walked away from the training camp with a smile on his face. In one day he had smiled more than he had in his whole life.

Things finally seemed like they were going somewhere........
