(Hey guys, this is GreyAuthorsStories speaking, I just want to thank you all for getting my book to over 100 views, I've been working my ass off to get as many chapters out as possible for all of you and I'm glad all that had paid off. Make sure you go check out my other book, The Order of Jade, as I have been putting in just as much effort into that book as I have with this one. Love you all, hope you enjoy the rest of the book!!!)
The Jade creature walked back into the desert, wanting to find answers as to what he had seen. He didn't actually know what he was looking for, he just wanted to have a look around to see if there was anything else there.
He walked for an hour or 2 and found no sigh of anything out of the ordinary. Until all of a sudden, the Jade creature blacked out......While he was unconscious in god knows where, he heard voices, people screaming, fires burning, explosions, arrows flying, the Jade creatures life was flashing before his eyes again as if he was dead. He finally woke up and he had no idea where he was, it looked like a small cave but there were loads of crystals all over the walls and on the ceiling, almost like a mine, but nothing had been harvested. The Jade creature stood up and had look around, examining some of the crystals on the wall, he picked one up and looked at it for a minute. It was very shiny and when he moved it closer to his ear he could hear a ringing, almost as if someone was playing the same note on a flute continuously. He moved through the cave further and started to see images on the walls, pictures that were probably drawn by the cave men and ancient civilisations, they were magnificent, so little effort yet the draw rings hit so hard, the animals, the mountains, they were incredible, they brought back many of the Jade creatures earliest memories of seeing these pictures in caves.
He heard a roar come from further in the cave, sounded like a tiger but much deeper and louder, the Jade creature moved closer slowly not wanting to kill whatever it was making the noise, he lit a quick fire with a piece of wood he found on the ground and moved closer. There he found nothing, there was nothing at the end of the cave.
"Where in the world did that noise come from." The Jade creature asked himself and looked around where he was standing, nothing, no sign of any life. But when he looked on the ceiling, he saw what he was looking for. There it was, the symbol he saw on the ground when he rescued those hostages, and without even thinking about it he grabbed a flat rock and copied the symbol down to the best of his ability on the rock, draw ring it with his Jade from fingertips.
"Finally, I can find out what you are." The Jade creature said with pride.
He now needed to find a way out of the cave, there wasn't a way out where he started, but there was a crack in the wall that was big enough for him to fit through, and he waisted no time to go through it. While he squeezed through the hole he heard those noises again, the people screaming and the arrows flying, he wondered why he was hearing it, clues less as to where it was coming from.
He made it through and he saw light up ahead, he started running in that direction, hoping he would manage to get out. The light disappeared and the Jade creature stopped running. He stood there for a minute thinking about what he would do next. Until out of nowhere.......
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH"..........."
