The Jade creature decided to leave the kingdom, he had united many different people and created an unstoppable force, his work there was done, he had other plans. He wanted to speak to Valor, Kirin and Curtis before he left to thank them for everything they did for him.
"Valor, Kirin, Curtis, I'd like to thank you for what you have done for me, your bravery has shown that you are all true warriors of the kingdom." The Jade creature said with gratitude.
"It's an honor sir, anytime anywhere." Valor said as the men bowed their heads.
"Kirin and Curtis, you may have heard that I promoted Valor to commander." The Jade creature said as they both looked at Valor with a confused look. "I also have something to tell you, you are being made infiltrators, I saw at the red knights camp that you know what you are doing when it comes to this kind of stuff, that's why I made the call." The Jade creature explained.
"Infiltrators? I never though I was possible, me an infiltrator." Curtis cheered.
As the Jade creature shook hands with the men and left, with both the honour of the men, and the honour of the generals.
"Bjorik, you have become on of my only true friends, I thank you, for bringing out the real me, when I needed it." The Jade creature said to Bjorik.
"Anytime brother, anything for a friend." Bjorik replied as they gave each other a hug and the Jade creature walked out the gate.
The Jade creature had no plans, he thought he would walk and let fate decide where he would end up. He walked for a few days, and it wasn't hard, he was used to this kind of stuff anyway.
However one night, something happened.
He was lying down ready to go to sleep, until he heard a rustling in the trees. He though nothing of it, just the wind. He heard it again, this time louder and stronger, still just the wind. A third time and he stood up to see something else.
It was there, the light he saw in the cave, the creature that gave him his powers, there it sat. And the Jade creature felt fear unlike any other, scarred for what it would do he tried to run, but to no avail, he had no control of his own body, he stood there dead still, awaiting his fate.
"Come with me." It said, in a deep, gravelly and calm voice the Jade creature had never heard before. He was knocked unconscious and laid there on the floor.
As he woke up and stood up he looked around, he was in a cave, like the one where he found the light, it was almost identical.
"WHO ARE YOU!!?" The Jade creature screamed, receiving no answer. "What do you want." He said in a calmer voice begging for an answer, still to no avail.
The light returned and formed a circle around him, with green smoke the same as his Jade form. Then he heard different noises, calm ones, and he saw pictures in the smoke, he heard children laughing, it was his tribe, the smoke was showing his tribe.
The Jade creature started right at the pictures and reminisced about the days of his tribe, even though they were gone for thousands of years they were still in his heart, waiting for him.
"You have done well." The voice said again as it returned. "I suppose you want to know who I am." The voice asked.
"Yes." The Jade creature answered.
The light started moving and the Jade creature followed it, he had no idea where he was or what was going to happen.
"I will take you to the planet where I came from, I think you will want to see what it's like." The Jade creature was confused, but he nodded, desperately wanting to know what he was.
And the voice opened a door, more like a portal on the wall, and he walked right through it and the Jade creature followed. And all he could see was light, nothing else, just bright light, as if someone had a modern light bulb right in his face. And he felt as if he was drifting, drifting off into the cosmos with nothing there with him. The voice then spoke again.
"Your power is created by a people known as the Coralia, architects of strength and power. You are the only one of your kind that possesses power quite like yours." The voice stated.
And as he said that the Jade creature could see things again, it was as if he was there, he saw a land where there were people just like him, with different coloured Jade forms, he wanted to think it were real but doubted it.
"Your saying there are more, and there is a place like this." The Jade creature asked.
"No." The voice replied. "This is what was planned, the Coralia wanted to crest a new civilisation of godlike creatures, the plan failed of course, and their own planned was destroyed by their own creations, most of the creatures died from the blast of the planet, but some survived, one of them was me." The voice broke to the Jade creature.
The Jade creature was shocked, he was speaking to the embodiment of his own power, and he finally knew what he was, or at least what his power was. He then asked the voice.
"Do you have a name."
"No, none of us did, I see you got yours, I like it, it's intimidating, it's strong, suits you well, and I know what your gonna ask next, no I can't get rid of your power yet, but it is possible." The voice said.
The Jade creature filled with excitement was quick to ask...
"How?"
"Our kind are not easy to kill or destroy, in fact they are impossible to destroy alone, in a few hundred thousand maybe even a million years, this planet will die, I don't know exactly when but it's definitely not any time soon, the blast of the planet will be able to destroy you." The voice said.
The Jade creature slightly underwhelmed but optimistic wanted to ask one more question.
"How do you know it will happen." The Jade creature asked the voice.
"Every planet has a certain lifespan before the core wears down and the planet can no longer function, this planet has lasted billions of years and it has a lot less than that left, it's still a long time though, humanity can still survive." The voice said.
Everything then turned black, the Jade creature couldn't see anything and all of a sudden..... he was lying down again, and when he stood up to shout for the voice, it was gone.
He was confused, and didn't know where to start, he had just found out that he can die, but at the same time he found out that the earths fate is sealed and that it will end. He didn't have to worry about that though, as there was still a long time before that could ever happen. And he finally knew that he could be reunited with his tribe again, it was the best news that he had ever heard.
