hot water ran through my bare skin as I took a shower
my mind was thinking about every possibility that could go down tonight
I took a deep breath as I washed the shampoo off my hair repeating the plan we had discussed
"hey mom I'm gonna be spending the night at ales house to play a cool video game" I repeated

Kairi's gonna say the same only he's switching ales house to alvaros house
alvaro gonna say he's gonna be at kairis house
while ales gonna say he's at mine
we had it all figured out.
we were then gonna drive out to the hideout and plan a little to there
Then head to the barn..
and find y/n..

I shook my hair from any lose water and stepped out of the shower. I blow dried my hair and threw some light jeans with my grey champion hoodie
I looked at myself in the stream of the mirror putting my hand on it leaving a mark then walked into the kitchen seeing my parents I kissed my mom's cheek ignoring my dad presence grabbing a strip of bacon that laid on a glass plate
"hey mom? I was wondering...could i go to ales to play a brand new video game???:

my mom looked at me then looked at my dad who was sipping his coffee going through his camera phone ignoring the conversation
"fine, but not to late you have school tomorrow"

"i actually don't! three day weekend." I nervously laughed

my mom hummed a d tapped her fingers on the counter top
"okay then it's fine. love you be safe" she said taking a bite of bacon

I jogged down stairs with a backpack hanging off the shoulder walking into the kitchen grabbing my keys driving to kairis to pick them up then from there were going to pick up the rest

I couldn't help but feel nervous. I didn't know what you was going to find or see but I kept those thoughts in the back of my head and focused on now.

soon afterward all the boys were in the car with different expressions

Kairi was tapping his fingers on the armrest near him he seemed tense
ale in the back biting his lip looking around constantly he seemed scared
and alvaro was taking multiple deep breaths he seemed nervous

once the barn came into my view I parked a fair distance away
when I had stopped I looked at the boys
"we stick together."I said sternly
they boys nodded getting out the car walked to the entrance of the barn

as I walked my hands couldn't help but sweat I started to hyperventilate till Kairi grabbed my shoulder
"its okay tia breathe."
Kairi was right I took a couple of breaths before opening the barn doors taking another breath

when we walked inside it seems empty, broken down and eery
wooden boards were scattered across the floor as well as broken glass from what was presumably the shattered windows
we decided to have a look around to see if we could find anything

"hey mattia look at this"
I waddled over to alvaro who held a rope in his hands
"its leading somewhere" he noticed

examining it closer he was right the rope was going somewhere so we decided to follow it.

it led us to this stack of hay straws that were just scattered across the floor, I thought it was a dead end so I clicked my tongue and started to walk away
"wait tia"
I turn around and see alvaro move around the straw to reveal a floor door
I pay alvaro on the back yelling for kairi and ale "look what we found" I yelled
not to shirt after ale and Kairi came jogging in
they laughed ironically giving alvaro a head rub
"who knew shorty was Nancy drew" I snickered
"oh shut the fuck up dinosaur"
alvaro shot back laughing
I laugh lightly signalling Kairi to pull it open

"the fuck I look like to you?a bell hop?"

"word you're looking for kairi is doorman, but close enough"
ale giggled making Kairi roll his eyes and pull open the match on the floor

what we saw made us 'whoa'
we were expecting something completely
different from then what we saw
my eyes first landed on the bright while walls which descended into a long hallway with metal doors at the end. "dinosaur looking ass mf's first" Kairi gestures
making us roll our eyes
when we got to the hallway we examined it
nothing to special about it just a hallway
when we got to the doors it had a code on a keypad near the door
"well shit now what?" alvaro sighed
Kairi laid his head on the wall closing his eyes
"can we try guessing?" ale suggested
"nope we might set off an alarm if we get it wrong to many times" Kairi spoke up leaving us shocked
"hey I can be a little Nancy drew too."
he scoffed making us laugh softly
then my eyes widen remembering the number my dad had said that night of his phone call
"124687" I repeated lowly
"what?" alvaro asked
"try 124687" I said once more
alvaro raised his eyebrows tapping in the number I had said into the keypad
"are you sure-"
"yes"
"damn ogeyy" he said entering it

we waited a couple of seconds or more till the door lightly cracking open making us cheer and jump around

I took a deep breath releasing from my excited friends who had done the same and walked through the scary metal door with then trailing behind

my eyes went wide

"what. the fuck."
