Banshee's demands were clear and decisive, giving the water quirk hero only little time to make a choice of what to do.

Immediately after the broadcast was displayed and the villains words were heard all over the city, all forms of media returned to normal, but no one could forget the haunting dead stare from the strange woman or her cryptic words that was heard in homes and business everywhere. She was also identified as the culprit of the unknown shrieking that occurred in the night that had afflicted Musutafu for months now as well as being a contributor to the bigger spike in crime around the area. It was also made known to the American government that their wanted inmate was indeed residing illegally in Japan, now that Japanese police were able to correctly identify her distinct features.

This also left Naomasa and his men with nothing else to do with Mr. Davis' case except to now work with the Pro Heroes Association and Mighty Marina to rescue him. There was no need for further investigation of his whereabouts as it had been clearly displayed all over the city and on televisions and radios everywhere.

One could only imagine the horror his wife must feel right now if she had bore witness to that broadcast.

Inadvertently, this was the first time many citizens had ever even heard of the hero Mighty Marina and like wildfire her name began circulating amongst the public and on social media. People had no idea that another an American pro hero had been residing in Japan for over two years and had also been teaching students at UA around the same length of time as retired pro All Might. Of course heroes from many different countries lived and worked in Japan, but usually the public knew about these individuals. Due to the fear of the broadcast with her name being associated with it she was severely judged and ridiculed by terrified citizens and on forums. Not only this, the lack of knowledge they had on this hero made judging her even more simple.

The shrieking woman's demands were to face Mighty Marina on her own in a head to head battle. Simple, and straight to the point.

If neither the Pro Hero Association or Mighty Marina would oblige to her requests then the life of her hostage's would suffer because of it. Not only the life of Mr. Davis was threatened, but the entire city was threatened as well. If the voice quirk villain did not get what she wanted, as stated in her message, she vowed that she would use every ounce of the power she had left to level the entire city, and leave her mark with total destruction.

She wanted Mighty Marina to know she was after her, and that everyone would be on the line if she didn't comply with her demands.

The ivory haired woman knew that if she did cause that much damage to the city through her voice quirk she may never be able to use it again, or in the worse case kill herself from her injuries. After her last battle with the water quirk hero, she had left her voice so damaged that she no longer could use it to the fullest power she used to have. She couldn't control herself however with her mind so clouded with crazed bloodlust and revenge, she was getting the best of herself knowing her plans were coming into fruition. In the end, she would go so far as to give up her own life if that meant knowing Mighty Marina was dead too.

In a deranged way, she was acting like an injured animal with their last call to the wild before death.

Not long after the broadcast, (Y/N), or Mighty Marina was directly summoned by the Pro Heroes Association for an emergency meeting in regards to the threats.

The hero arrived to the PHA headquarters as soon as possible once she was summoned. She was on her own despite Toshinori's want to join her, and although his presence would have been nice to have at that point she knew that this was something she had to do on her own. In her heart, she also knew that facing Banshee again would be inevitable, and meeting with the PHA would merely be a formality.
