Extension story!

A/N~
Two updates in one day? What a miracle! (I'm just kidding I know you all secretly hate me) So this is NOT a Q&A story, but I'm still going to use the same format as the Q&A stories. Hope you guys like this extension story!

Piper: Good morning guys!

She yawned.

Drew rolled her eyes, but the other Aphrodite campers greeted her back.

Piper got ready for her walk with Jason. They were supposed to go on a date today, but recently, the number of monster attacks had grown. Chiron didn't want anyone to leave camp at the moment, because a) They needed more help fighting the monsters and b) It was dangerous to leave because of all the monsters watching the camp right now.

In conclusion, Piper would have to settle for a boring (but still romantic) walk with Jason on the beach.

Piper met up with Jason at Cabin 1, and they made their way to the beach together. Usually, the beach was where Percy and Annabeth had their dates, but Piper hadn't seen them for a few days now, actually. (Come to think of it, that was quite weird. Where had they gone?)

They found a spot on the beach.

Jason: Come on, let's sit here.

Piper: What's in your basket?

Jason: A picnic perfect for the best girlfriend in the world.

Piper: Aw, Jason! Thank you.

She flashed back to Jason's birthday last year, when they were still on the Argo II. Piper had prepared a cake for him, and they had shared it with a picnic.

Piper smiled to herself.

They unpacked the picnic and began to chat. It started out great. Jason was the most charming boyfriend in the world, as usual, and the picnic was delicious.

Then, Piper saw someone coming from the other side of the beach. She looked closer. Wait, the person wasn't coming towards them. Instead, he looked like he was waiting for someone.

Piper: Is that Percy?

Jason: Black hair, green eyes... Yup. Percy it is.

Piper: Maybe he's just waiting for Annabeth. Come on, let's keep eating.

After a while, they saw someone else coming towards Percy. Curiously, Piper and Jason craned their heads to see who it was.
Wait a second... that wasn't Annabeth! The girl that was heading towards Percy had red hair and freckles. The last time Piper had seen Annabeth, she was definitely NOT a redhead.

Jason: Isn't that Rachel Dare? The Oracle of Delphi? I've never met her, but I think she used to have a crush on Percy.

Piper: Wait... Is Percy... cheating on Annabeth?

Percy and the redhead began to kiss, which just confirmed Piper's fears. Then, Percy and Rachel seemed to notice Piper and Jason staring at them. They hurriedly left the beach.

Jason: What-

Piper bolted up from the floor.

Piper: We have to tell Annabeth. NOW. But first, we confront Rachel.

Jason helped Piper clean up. Then, they rushed to the Oracle's cave. Piper was furious. How dare Percy cheat on Annabeth? She had thought that they were soulmates! Percy had even fallen into Tartarus for her! Percy and Annabeth were the MODELS for true love. Thinking about that made Piper walk even faster.

Jason: Piper! Wait up!

Piper ran into the cave angrily. Rachel, who was painting a mural on the cave walls, looked up from her palette.

Rachel: Oh, hey guys. What do you need?

Piper: Cut the crap. We KNOW you helped Percy cheat on Annabeth. We SAW you two on the beach earliar.

Rachel: ...but I was here the whole time??

Piper: Yeah RIGHT. Come on, Jason let's go tell Annabeth.

Rachel: But-

They stormed out.

Piper approached Annabeth, who was sitting by the campfire with Percy.

Piper: Annabeth, we have something to tell you.

Jason: Percy's been cheating on you with Rachel!

Piper nodded furiously.

There's silence. Piper wondered how Annabeth would react. Sad? Angry? Confused?

Suddenly, Annabeth started to laugh. She laughed so hard she had to grip on Percy's arm for balance. Percy started to laugh, too.

Piper was taken aback. She had thought Annabeth would be heartbroken. Not laughing her head off.

Annabeth seemed to notice their confused  looks. She tried to stopped laughing.

Annabeth: I'm really sorry guys, but it was just a prank! We knew you guys had a date today, so we decided to prank you! I asked Hazel to cover me in mist so I would look like Rachel. The person Percy was kissing was ME.

She giggled.

Piper's face warmed up. She tried to be annoyed at the laughing couple, but she had to say, it was a great prank.

Percy: And did you really confront Rachel?

He laughed.

Percy: She must be so confused, the poor thing. You do know Oracles can't date, right?

Piper's face turned crimson red.

Piper: ...no.

Everyone started laughing again, including Jason.

Piper rolled her eyes, but she was smiling. What a stupid group of friends she had. But at the the end of the day, she wouldn't have chosen any other stupid friends to have.

Yay! I finally finished my extension story! I hope you guys enjoyed my plot twist :) Please don't hate me for hinting at Perachel!! My otp is Percabeth, trust me. Should I do another extension story? Hmmm...
