Bonus Q&A!

A/N: Hi! This is a bonus Q&A for pokemon222999, she's currently writing a series called The Ice Dragon, go check it out! Read all the chapters of The Ice Dragon before reading this for some context, because today the demigods are going to be meeting the characters in it! Characters featured: Elliot/Glacium and Francis/Raigo.

Question: Who would win in a fight between the dragons and the demigods?

Elliot/Glacium: I don't mean to be rude, but we ARE dragons. Hardly anything can beat a dragon, we're so powerful.

Percy: Um, excuse me? Have you met us? We are DEMIGODS. As in half god. If anything, we're way more powerful than you guys.

Francis: In our defense, we've only just met you, so we don't ACTUALLY know anything about you guys. What about we introduce ourselves?

He smiles brightly.

Francis/Raigo: Elliot, you go first.

Percy: Oh. Um... ok.

Elliot/Glacium: Okay. My name is Elliot, or Glacium. That's my nickname. Um... I'm a dragon. I think I mentioned that before. I'm also an orphan. My parents died when I was little. And um... I have ice powers.

Leo: iCe PoWeRs?! Holy Hephaestus dude we would be worst enemies if you were a demigod. Because you know, I have fire powers.

Elliot/Glacium: Um... I'm not a demigod though, so... we're friends... right?

Leo: Yeah yeah yeah totally!

Leo laughs maniacally, his right eye uncontrollably twitching.

Piper: Ohhhkay, let's get you out of here, Lava boy.

She pushes Leo out of the room.

Percy: Elliot-

Elliot/Glacium: Call me Glacium.

Percy: Uh, okay then. Glacium, you remind me of someone. A lot. But I can't remember who.

Annabeth: You know, now that you mention it, Glacium DOES remind me of someone. Except I know who he reminds me of.

Percy: Who?

Annabeth: Nico!

Percy gasps.

Percy: Oh my gods! You're right, he does! Depressed, check. Orphaned (kind of), check. Awkward af, check. Has powers, check. Are you sure you aren't Nico's long lost brother?

Glacium: What? No! I don't even know who that is.

Percy: I can introduce you to him later-

Raigo: You know what? We're getting off topic. Let me introduce myself.

Percy: ...okay?

Raigo: My name is Francis Torres, but I prefer Raigo. I am ALSO a dragon. Obviously. I attend the Dragon Academy with Glacium. It's SO much fun there. You guys should come visit sometime!

He beams at everyone, running a hand through his blue hair.

Percy, whispering to Annabeth: Is it just me or...

Annabeth, also whispering: Yup. He's Will Solace's long lost relative, isn't he?

Raigo: It's so nice that we're finally meeting you. We've heard lots about you guys, but we never dreamed of meeting you in person.

He puts an arm around Glacium's shoulder affectionately. Glacium looks like he wants to melt into the ground and die. His cheeks turn beet red.

Percy notices the affection between the two.
He smirks to himself.

Percy: So uh... we were talking about who would win in a battle? Now that we know everything about you guys, and you guys probably know everything about us from the news, we can start the battle!

Raigo: Great. We're ready.

He goes into a battle stance and pulls out five kunai knives.

Glacium: Me too. Bring it on.

He brandishes his rifle.

Percy: WAIT WAIT WAIT hold up. You have... a GUN?

Glacium: ...yes.

Percy: But... but that's not fair! We didn't get guns! All I got was this stupid pen! That... conveniently turns into a Celestial gold sword. But it's still not fair!

Glacium: Fine. I'll just use my ice powers.

He puts away the rifle.

Annabeth: Three... two... one... go!

She blows her whistle.

Raigo immediately charges at Percy. He hurls a kunai knife at him, trying to pin his shirt to the wall. Percy dodges it, and summons a wave of water to knock Raigo off his feet. Raigo's head hits the floor. Hard.

Raigo: Ow!

Glacium narrows his eyes.

Glacium: Oh, you're going to pay for that.

He conjures several icicles to help him vault over Percy. He lands on the other side of Percy, and when Percy tries to trip him with another wave of water, he simply freezes the water and uses the frozen wave as a catapult so that he can fly over Percy and attack him with more icicles. (A/N~ Am I lowkey imagining Glacium as Elsa? Yes.)

Percy impales all the icicles with Riptide before they can impale HIM. Glacium nods approvingly.

Glacium: Huh. I guess I was wrong about you. You ARE pretty good at fighting I guess.

Percy: Thanks.

Glacium helps Raigo up with a grunt.

Raigo: That. was. amazing. Very impressive work, Glacium.

Glacium's cheeks fill up with colour.

Glacium: I... uh... th- thanks.

Percy smiles knowingly.

Percy: So uh... I guess you guys should be getting back to the Dragon Academy by now.

Raigo: You're right. We should get back to our dorms before anyone notices we're gone. You guys should come visit sometime, though!

Annabeth: I would love that. I'm really curious at how dragon architecture works.

Raigo: Great! We'll schedule a time later on.

Percy: Bye guys.

Glacium: Bye.

How did this happen??? 866 words??? What is happening you guys KNOW my usual Q&As are short asf. I struggle getting over 500 words most of the time. Anyways, hope you enjoyed this Q&A (and enjoyed reading The Ice Dragon)! I also wrote my first mini battle sequence that I am not very proud of, but I'm making progress.
