Question: Is Grover still Percy's best friend?

Percy: Of course he is!

Grover: Aw, thanks Perce.

Percy: Of course! I mean, we've been through so much together! We fought Atlas, travelled through the Labyrinth, and I rescued you from a cyclops...

Jason: B...but I thought we were b...best bros!

Piper: Don't kid yourself, Sparky. Look at them! They're the dream team.

Annabeth: Sorry Jason, but Percy and Grover are best friends. And that's a fact.

Grover: Yup!

Percy and Grover hi-five.

Suddenly, everyone disappears, and Grover finds himself in a pitch black room.

Grover: Percy? Annabeth? Where did everyone go?

All of a sudden, the walls start to glow. It starts showing memories Grover has with Percy. The day Percy saved him from getting married to a Cyclops. The day they were rescuing Annabeth and the dam joke was born. The day Percy defeated Kronos. The day everthing changed.

Grover wakes up with a jolt.

Grover: Where- oh. It was just a dream.

Grover: I really miss Percy.

Then, he remembers. The empathy link.

Grover taps into the empathy link he shares with Percy.

Grover: Percy? Are you there?

There's silence. Then...

Percy: Grover! I've missed you so much! How are you doing? How's Juniper?

Grover laughs, relieved. The empathy link still works. He can talk to his best friend again.

Grover: Life's been great! Last night...

Then, Grover tells Percy all about his dream.

Hi, everyone! Sorry this was so short but I wanted to do a Grover Q&A. I've been rereading PJO, and I can't be the only one that misses Grover!
