A/N~ This is set at the beginning stages of Solangelo's relationship, so they're still learning new facts about each other and settling down into the relationship. (Also, I hit 0.3 k !!! How did we even get here with my crappy Q&As lmao)

Question: Will, is Nico really the tough emo bean that he says he is?

Piper spills her coffee *tea* in the midst of getting too excited.

Piper: I knew it! I knew it! I knew that there would be Solangelo content today!

She raises her hands in the air in victory.

Will avoids Piper's excited gaze.

Will: Actually... Nico and I... had a fight yesterday.

Piper's smile falters.

Piper: Wait, what? I thought you guys never fight! You guys are perfect for each other!

Nico: Chill out, it was just a fight, we didn't break up.

He sees Will staring at him.

Nico: Yet.

He grumbles something under his breath and storms out of the room.

Annabeth: Sorry Will, but you still have to answer the question. The rules state that you must give, at the least, a 50 worded answer.

Percy: Wait, really? But-

Annabeth jabs Percy with her elbow. He shuts up.

Will: Okay...

Piper: Yay!

Will: Nico is... complicated. He wants to be emo and tough because he's the son of Hades, it's a stereotype, but sometimes he just wants to curl up and drink milk. I know because I've seen him do this after trips visiting his father in the Underworld.

Percy: He does that? Visit his father in the Underworld?

Will: Yes. Once a month. He says it's only because SOMEONE has to feed Cerberus, but I think that deep, deep down he just wants to spend some family time with his father. Anyway, as I was saying, Nico is secretly fluffier than candyfloss at a carnival, but he goes into dark mode sometimes too.

Piper: Dark mode?

Will: Uh huh. When he's in a bad mood, he goes into the forest and mopes around. He makes the floor crack and raises skeletons and everything. It's his way of venting. Sometimes he even summons dead souls to talk to.

Annabeth: He still does that, does he? Raise dead souls to talk to. Does he still bring Happy Meals with him?

Will: Happy- Happy Meals? Like, the ones from McDonalds?

Annabeth: Yeah.

Will: No- Wait. DOES he do that? He does go to McDonalds a suspicious amount of times. I never knew he liked Happy Meals, though. Why would he bring Happy Meals with him when he raises souls from the dead?

Percy: Nico didn't tell you? When his sister-

Percy trips on the word sister. He swallows, then continues.

Percy: ...his sister, Bianca first died, he would go into the woods everyday and raise souls from the Underworld, trying to find his sister's soul. He would bring Happy Meals to try to guide her soul to him.

Will: Oh... He never told me that. I didn't even know he had a dead sister.

There's silence.

Percy: I mean-

Then, Nico comes into the room.

Nico: Have you guys seen Mrs O' Leary? I need to-

Without any warning, Will surges up to Nico and kisses him. Then, he wraps Nico in a large hug.

Will: You know you don't have to keep anything from me, right? I'm here for you no matter what.

Nico's face goes beet red.

Nico: I- I-

Piper: Aww!

Annabeth: We really should give them their privacy.

Percy: Solangelooo

Jason: How can I sign up for the 'Protect Nico Di Angelo At All Costs' club?

Nico wants to melt into the floor of embarassment (both literally and figuratively, because he can shadow travel), but he decides against it, and instead, he accepts Will's embrace and buries his head into his shoulder.

Nico, quietly: Thanks.

Will, quietly: You're welcome. And- I love you.

Nico: ...i love you too.

Their first I love youuu!!! I just learned that Solangelo will have a huge role in the Tower of Nero, and I don't know how to feel about this. Are they gonna help fight monsters? Is Rick going to kIlL oNe Of ThEm? I'm scared because Rick just HAS to kill someone in the last book of every series. I'll stop now.
