"하루가 또 지나 내일은 더 너와 깊어지는 듯해 난."
"[Another day has passed, I feel like I'll get deeper with you tomorrow]."

Getting to know you more than yesterday.

2016. 05. 25.

Seonghwa and I were walking to my place since our houses are a 10-minute walk from the campus. Today, we came up with us practicing for the last time every Wednesday after school ends if we're already satisfied. Hopefully, there would be no practice on Thursday.

Every Wednesday, I'm one of the cleaners so I always stay behind. While Seonghwa was waiting, he lent us a hand to clean the rest of the classroom so we can already start practicing plus he wasn't doing anything anyway and was just waiting for me to finish. Well, I also helped them when he was a cleaner yesterday. Looks like me cleaning our classroom is my brand again, twice every week.

My parents were both out, still in their work. They usually come home before 6 in the afternoon during the weekdays. Our home is the perfect place to have our practice because we needed to record and check every single detail to improve our performance. We need to do well in this project or else we'd be crying. If you remember, every performance is graded and recorded as activities and the total score for those would be our grade in this project.

We proceeded in doing our work once we arrived at my place. We needed to practice seriously to have our day off tomorrow from practicing. Saturday, Monday until today, we always rehearse our presentation after school ends in our houses, depends on whose house is available.

Feeling tired from singing over and over again we ended up taking a break. Remembering my mom did a grocery yesterday, I got up and went to the kitchen. Little did I knew it was the start of the fuss.

"오빠 (Oppa), 매운 음식 좋아해요? [do you like spicy food?]"

"아...너는? 좋아하니? [Ah... what about you? You like it?]"

"정말 좋아요 (Jeongmal johayo). 오빠는? (Oppaneun?)"

     "나도 [Me too]."

"어, 구래요? 그럼 이 음식을 좋아하게 될 거예용 [Oh, is that so? You will like this then]," grabbing and opening my favorite snack while I go walk my way back in the living room.

"Here," offering and telling him it's my favorite snack as I grabbed some chips and popped them into my mouth.

Watching him as he was taking a bite I asked, "맛있죠? [It's delicious, isn't it?]"

"이맛이야 (Imasiya)," I spoke bringing more chips in my mouth while the guy beside me looked like he was about to burst.

"왜요? 왜 그래요? (Waeyo? Wae geuraeyo?)" asking him what was wrong. "You don't like it? 안 좋아해요? (An johahaeyo?)" his face was starting to turn red but he still kept chewing.

"아니 (Ani)," he said before coughing multiple times.

Finally putting the pieces together, I already knew what was the reason. Did he perhaps lie?

"맵게 먹을 수 있다면서요!!! 거짓말이었나요? [You said you can eat spicy food! Was that a lie?]"

     He lied.
