Chapter Twenty Four

Susanna' s POV

       It's today. I'm going back to Nashville today. It's became my second home now. I hug my family and friends bye for now and head towards the garage. I've got my car keys and a couple bags in my hands, as I fumble with the latch. I open the garage door and I'm greeted by the sight of my car, something I haven't seen in three months now. It's a '69 (awesome green colored) Camaro, that I bought, then Dad and me restored together, of course Mom helped out some too.

       It feels good to behind the wheel of it again. I start the engine and I'm on the road to Music City again. As I'm heading down the highway, I think of the video I sent Joey and hope he liked it.

       I am also thinking a lot about the tour and what songs we can do. I think I want to write a song for the tour. Oh, I hope Jamie will agree to do a song with me. That would be such a dream come true. And riding on the bus with her and Kelsey should be a blast. We all love Disney movies and Disney princesses so I know we will get along great.

     These thoughts and the music streaming out of my car speakers makes the time back to Nashville go a lot quicker. I pull into the apartment parking lot and lock my car. I can hardly wait to see everybody again.

Joey's POV

       I opened my email, Donald and I were going to be heading back to Nashville tomorrow, and I hadn't checked my email for over a week. I saw something from Susanna and it had a link to a video attached. The music of Corbin Bleu's 'This Christmastime' started it in its upbeatness. The video was a mixture of shots of video of Susanna doing Christmas things, dancing and some photos of the guys and their wife's and families. She had ended it with my family's picture with me wearing that goofy look from the other day at the restaurant. I laughed as I wrote a reply back to her.

       I love being with my family. But I also enjoy my life in Nashville. Especially now that Susanna has came into it. My mind starts whirling with thoughts of the future and the upcoming tour. God has great plans. I guess we will just have to let Him take the lead and follow along for the ride.
