You mustn't let them hurt you
You mustn't let your heart cave
You mustn't let your head hang down
You mustn't let them still be brave
You must teach them a lesson
But hurt them and you have a price to pay
You mustn't let them get to you

If you do so they will hurt you
Their way they still will get
You mustn't let them boss you around
Because you are not their pet
You do not belong to them
You belong to you
You must live your life your way
You must do what you want to do
