It took me a minute to recover from the vision. Looking around I saw the others discussing the battlefield. Standing up I stumbled a little dazed as Rachel caught me.
"Andy are you alright."
"No we've got to go now Rachel" I urged my friend getting everyone's attention. "Sarah and Jordan are in trouble."
"What!!!" yelled Mark coming up to me.
"Alek has them in the escape routes in the castle" I said telling them about my vision. When I was finish my friends were eager to leave but Lord Thomas didn't seem convinced. He shook his head at me dismissing my words like I was crazed.
"That's impossible the escape routes are a secret from all outsiders. No one would tell the enemy of their locations,".
" My visions are never wrong " I hissed losing my temper with Thomas. Every second trying to persuade him is putting my friends at risk.
"Lord Thomas is there any underground passages in your city "interrupted Louis his voice serious.
"Yes, they are under the castle "Lord Thomas answering immediately not seeing the point. "But what the girl is saying cannot be true your highness."
"This route I saw was hidden by a tapestry does that sound familiar." At my remark Thomas gasp but his son Douglass reacted immediately.
"What she is saying is true we have been invaded." He shouted swearing at the air. Finally getting it through their heads Jacob came forward.
"We need to go and stop the ambush." With that Lord Thomas summon his guards and we were getting ready to leave. Rachel with a determine expression grabbed a sword but Louis blocked her path.
"Rachel, I need you here."
"No, I have to save my brother" she yelled but as they fought a catapult launched an attack at the wall. The impact made the wall shake but the damage wasn't bad. Getting up Louis pointed to the enemy.
"Rachel you are the best defense we have right now. If this wall falls it doesn't matter if you save Jordan."
In tears I knew my friend didn't know what to do "Rachel I will go get Jordan and bring him back to you." I vowed grabbing her hand.
Nodding she relented "I will hold you to that promise Andy." After that she faced the battlefield again using her magic on the enemy.
Hurrying I strapped my arrows to my back as the men grabbed their weapons.
"Lead the way "commanded Mark with an impatient air about him. The usual kind spoken prince was stone face.
"This is ridiculous to leave the battle because of one girl's crazy ideas" said Lord Thomas youngest son Darren the captain of the guard. I was about to tell the imbecile about my magic, but Louis spoke.
"She is a seer and the one that predicted the enemy arrival today. Andy's visions haven't been wrong, and I trust her insight." The harshness in his voice cause the captain to shut his mouth.
"Darren you and your men come with me to investigate these claims." Lord Thomas taking over from his son stupor. At his father's command Darren called his men to him. Forty men assembled with Mark, Jacob and I following along quickly. Leaving the wall, we rushed down the nearly empty streets to the castle.
Going to the doors I saw many citizens lined up in the castle going to the safety routes. Lord Thomas spoke in a clear voice.
"Please move aside and let us through. "The crowd of people moved aside instantly at their leader's command. Swords out Lord Thomas took the lead and escorted us into the ballroom. Seeing the familiar layout, I felt my eyes burn with tears. My friends were down in that hole with murderers I thought.
