After the men accepted the stones and our new connection. The news of the search for my sister and Matthew was delivered to us. By their grim airs I knew already the mission wasn't a success.

Louis retold the tale his frustrations were clear. When Gail relieved some of  the pressure of the storm. Fifty men including our own ventured outside of  the castle. The city was deserted with many people taking shelter in their home. Unluckily some poor souls that couldn't escape perished  in the streets. Louis ordered men to collect them to give them a proper burial. Retracing their steps they went to Mel and Matthew last known location.  Once there the traitors tracks where gone and they decided to split up to cover more ground.

It was Malcolm who found the first clue of where my sister had gone. . An old fisherman vessel with ratty sails was missing and the owner was frantic . He and his son went home for safety and left the ship behind. Some other fishermen and captains stayed with their ships to ride out the storm. It was  then a young sailor reported seeing two people scrambling onto the old boat. He knew they didn't own it and was worried observing the strangers. Both people a man and woman with fair features seemed to be having trouble releasing the boat from the port. The woman with blond hair tried  to open the ratty sails. Finally the woman opened them and the boat was off.  The sailor wanted to go after them but the storm made it  impossible. Four hours later the storm lessens, and Malcolm heard the tale. It was obvious my sister and Matthew were the thieves and they got away.

"They escape." Louis grounded out "Those traitors are gone, and we have no idea where they are going." It was disheartening  and the vision popped into my head of Mel's  future. I hated to dwindle whatever hope everyone has left.  Yet I couldn't keep this to myself any longer.

"They wont be captured." I proclaimed getting outrage but I held my hand up to silence everyone. "In Weston I saw a vision of my sister and Matthew  older and with children. I don't see falsehoods only of things that will come." Pausing my friends absorbed my information giving all the same reaction. They curse and said some words that a lady shouldn't hear. Although Rachel and Sarah had the worse mouth out of all of them.

"This vision must not pass" Malcolm growled heatedly throwing  a vase across the room. I sighed he just destroyed one of the few things that survived our stone mayhem.

"It will occur." That was all I said knowing no one wanted to hear it but its the truth. Mel somehow avoided capture at least that's what my sight shown me.

"So they're going to be free. Not facing the consequences of their crimes "Jacob replied angrily.

"No in the vision Mel and Matthew wasn't happy living in the woods. "I explained still seeing my sister miserable face and how the choices of youth led her to that place. "They're in hiding and will always be from their crimes never getting peace."

"Good that's probably a better punishment than death."  Rachel declared surprising everyone. " Now that was revealed I'm going to bed goodnight." And with that she exited the room with Malcolm following behind her.

"It's beyond me to see someone who the traitors hurt so much. Be at peace with all of this." Mark reflected .

"She has to for her sons. "Sarah responded. "We have to do the same too everyone. What happen was horrible but lets think about the good that will come."

Sarah's speech made everyone realize she was correct. Even though the traitors might not face punishment we shouldn't  dwell on them anymore.

"Brilliantly said my love and I think Rachel was on to something. Lets find another room to get some sleep.." And with that said Mark and Sarah walked hand and hand out of the room.
