One Day at a Time (LizzyxLevi) 💛🧡

Lizzy knocks on the front door of Levi's house. The sun would be setting in a hour or so and she wanted to get there before it was crowded. Levi was reading a book and was very distracted. Well, she was reading the book until the front door swung open and a screaming Lizzy came through. "Levi we are gonna be late!!!!!" Lizzy yelled grabbing Levi's hand and pulling her away so they could get to the location somewhat on time.

They arrived at the boardwalk after a quick trip, of Lizzy pulling the bookworm around.  They had planned on going to a small area that had just opened that had an open mic event going on. The building itself was based off a newer artist that Levi was reading about the specialized in the recreation of Space.

The second they walked into the building they could hear nothing but the music and those drunk snobs walking around talking fancy. Lizzy rolled her eyes. She genuinely wanted to just get to the ice cream part. However, being the good person she was, she agreed to take Levi to the mini museum like building before hand. So as stated before, she did.

They hung around the building for about twenty minutes listening to the jazzy music and the snobs. Lizzy was mimicking them and it caused Levi to laugh. Then Levi joined in until the girls where laughing so hard they where asked to leave. They honestly didn't care. It was quite boring listening to those rich people anyway.

The second they got outside they raced towards the ice cream place ordering their favorite bowls of ice cream. Taking their ice cream to the one spot on the rocks. It sat right near the water but had a high enough ledge that kept them dry. They ate their ice cream watching the sunset from that mini ledge. Laughing and then slowly watching as the sun had disappeared and the stars appeared right back where they where the first time.

"To be honest, the greatest masterpiece is the night sky itself. It's always changing right in front of us but we don't really see it until the sun is gone. But when we do... it's almost always as still and breathtaking as before..." Levi said reaching up to try and grab the stars. Lizzy smiles and grabs Levi's hand holding it in her own and kissing it. "
"One day, we will go back up there, but for now let's continued to take everything one day at a time. Also Levi that was kinda deep...." Lizzy said now realizing what Levi said. Levi just laughs and kisses her cheek.
"I know it was Liz. Let's go back now, my book is still there waiting for me," Levi said. They got up and walked back to Levi's place for the night.
