Lizzy woke up and looked at the time. She rushed and hurried to get out the door. She drived to Levis house arriving about one hour late. Lucky for her, Levi had just finished her book and just went outside. "Levi lets go! I want to have some fun before we have to meet with the others," Lizzy said waving for Levi to get inside.
Levi slowly gets in the car and smiles. "Why are you smiling? Did I do something dumb?" Lizzy asked confused, "Is there something in my teeth?" Lizzy checked in the car mirror. "No! I'm just happy that your here with me," Levi said grabbing Lizzys hand.
They drove to their favorite diner nearby Levis house. Inside the diner they got a plate with pancakes and got some coffee and tea. They order some snacks and sweets for the drive.
They ate and right before they left they got the special rainbow deser that came out every pride month that they both liked. "Oh by the way, Happy pride month lovely!" Lizzy said kissing her cheek, afterwards pulling her back to the car
They sat back down and started driving off. They listened to music and just relaxed the whole drive. It was calming and sorta tiring for Lizzy who had to deal with the driving part of the trip. It took about another three hours untill they arrived at the open road with the little beach near the side.
Lizzy parked the car and woke Levi up. "Come I have something to show you," Lizzy said grabbing Levis hand. She waited for her to get up and out before covering her eyes and walking her down toward the beach where a small blanket and a basket of snacks laid. She removed her hands to show the sunset in front of them. She pointed to the pile of their favorite snacks and sat down. "I knew the car was uncomfortable so I thought this would be nice to just sit and--" Lizzy was interrupted by Levi kissing her. "Thank you, I love this, and I love you too," Levi said wrapping her arms around her.
They stayed in that position for a while. Then they got back in the car and drove off, they had one final stop to make.
