Appearance: Light blue eyes, long straight black hair, D cup, round face, average weight, button nose, medium sized lips, etc. (Too lazy)

Personality: Shy (not too shy), kind, outgoing, polite, loyal, overprotective, can be sassy, has anxiety, hides true feelings from others and bottles feelings up until they burst

Location: Somewhere in Japan

Quirk: Enhancer & Cell Transformation

How she got it: She got 2 quirks, one from her father and one from her mother, but they mutated into something different.

Mother's Quirk: Speeds up the recovery process for any wounded person she sees by using up the mother's energy

Father's Quirk: Enhances any single stat by 50% when at full power; Drains energy of the quirk user

OC's Healing Quirk: Can transform OC's cells into other living cells. (Example: OC can use her skin cells and transform them into blood cells etc.) When quirk is activated, the cell reproduction process is sped up (Basically controlled cancer) and her energy is drained if used for too long/much. The cells could become blood, bones, organs, each getting more difficult to make and it'll only work if OC knows how to arrange the cells into the correct structure.

OC's Enhancer Quirk: OC's Father's quirk, but on steroids(includes drawback); After a certain percentage of use, the quirk starts to have a mind of its own. Making OC filled with murderous intent and bloodlust when OC loses control. This happens generally around 50% of the quirk's power. OC could talk to the personified quirk, though. (Like the Hulk, but not green and not too muscly, since OC is a girl)

If OC runs out of energy, can get headaches, illnesses, temporary hibernation, and comas. (Severity level: Not too bad to....yeah.....Also depends on how long OC tries to use quirk after low energy)

(Still pretty OP, right?......Yeah...) Oh well :P

~Backstory~

I was born in Japan on September 17th when quirks were around, heck my parents had quirks and they were pro heroes too! My mom's hero name was Quick Recovery. She mainly worked in rescue missions and local hospitals. On the other hand, Dad's name was Half Over. Because he took the numerical version of one of his stats and added half of it to itself. Basically, if a stat was rated at 10, which is pretty high, his quirk would make it a 15. Oh! The average person has stats of like, 3-5, but some people do have 0s, which are the lowest possible value for a stat. The highest is unknown, since there are an infinite amount of numbers, but the human body can only take so much! So, 10 is the best maximum I guess. Ah! I got on a tangent, my apologies, uh.....Dad's hero work, right! Dad mainly worked on the more dangerous hero work. Capturing villains and saving victims from any kind of disaster was what he was know for! Mom and Dad were well known, but they weren't as popular as All Might or Endeavor of course. For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a hero. I wanted to work alongside my parents and help them in any way I could......
