Ainu's POV

Speak of the devil.

Mr. Aizawa enters the room and immediately starts talking to Recovery Girl.

"Recovery Girl, may I take Arai for a few?"

"Of course."

He turns to me. "Change into your gym uniform first and meet me outside of Class 1-A."

"Yes sir."

He left and closed the door behind him.

Well, I guess I should change now.

I get my gym uniform on and quickly get to Class 1-A. He was standing out there, waiting for me.

"I'm here, Mr. Aizawa."

"You didn't waste time, good. Now, follow me." He turns and starts walking away.

"Yes sir." I catch up to him and follow him outside.

I look around and see a bunch of white lines on the ground. This must be training grounds or something like that.

Mr. Aizawa stops and says, "You're going to be taking a quirk assessment test, just like the rest of your class did."

I raise an eyebrow at him. "A quirk assessment test...?"

He turns to me. "Yes." He held up a phone-shaped device. It had 8 physical test names on them. "These will test your quirk's maximum abilities. It's more rational to do this to see your potential as a pro hero."

"That makes sense. I'm guessing that's why Midoriya came to the nurse's office with a broken finger."

He puts his hand down. "He has a long way to go before he'll become a pro hero, but he does have potential."

"Yeah. I see what you mean. He would have to find a way to use his quirk without breaking his bones. I would think he would lower the amount of power he used so that the recoil doesn't affect him as much, but it seemed like he used it with full power, only in a smaller area."

He narrows his eyes at me.

Crap! I didn't mean to rant!

"S-Sorry. I didn't mean to waste time."

His eyes return to normal. "It's fine. Let's begin your test."

Test 1: 50 meter dash

This test was practically made for my enhance quirk. Though I won't go too fast. I need to conserve my energy for the other tests.

A camera robot was at the end of the 50 meters. It spoke, "RUNNERS. ON YOUR MARKS. READY?"

I tensed my muscles.

A fake gunshot marked the start of the timer. As soon as I heard it, I ran. As I crossed the line, the robot yelled, "2.37 SECONDS!" I slowed to a stop as I stopped my enhance quirk.

I only used 5% of my enhance. That should be good enough for now.

"You're holding back."

My body tenses up to Mr. Aizawa's statement.

"I told you that these test were going to test the upper limits of your quirk, so you can't hold back."

I look down. "I know that, but I'm sure you know what happens if I use more of my quirk."

"Even still, I know you can go faster than that, thanks to your own exam."

"I just....I know that I need to conserve my energy for the other tests and the drawbacks of my quirk can get pretty extreme."

He sighs tiredly. "Fine. Let's just move on."

Test 2: Grip Strength

I guess I'll just use my enhance quirk again.

I held the device in my right hand and activated my enhance quirk again, just on my right arm instead of my legs though. I grip it tightly and heard a beep, indicating that I should stop. I deactivate my quirk and look at the device. 821.7 kg. I give the device to Mr. Aizawa. He nods and we move on to the next test.

Test 3: Standing Long Jump

I swear, all these tests must be perfect for my enhance quirk, though they ARE physical tests. I'll just keep using my enhance quirk at 5% for these.

I easily jump over the box of sand and reach the other side no problem.

Test 4: Repeated Side Steps

I did as many as I could before time was up. I felt a little tired, but I wasn't going to give up.

Test 5: Ball Throw

I threw the ball with my quirk.

I almost broke the sound barrier with that throw. Good thing I didn't.

Mr. Aizawa watched the phone-like device before it beeped. When it did, he looked at it for a second before showing me the results. 17480.3 meters. (Aka 57350.1 ft or almost 11 miles)

Test 6, 7 & 8: Long-Distance Run, Sit Ups, and Seated Toe Touch

The last three tests went by really fast. Afterwards, however, I felt a small headache as I walked up to Mr. Aizawa. "So, how did I do?"

"If you were with the class, you would definitely be in first place. You have room to grow, even with the stage you're at."

I don't really care if I would be in first place or not, but I know that I still have much to work on.

"I get why you're working with Recovery Girl now. Your Cell Transformation quirk definitely doesn't work with physical tests."

"Yeah, well." I look down at my right hand. I turn my Cell Transformation quirk on and create a 3 ft long femur bone, except one end is pointed. I turn my quirk off and I could feel my body drain more as my headache worsens. "The only way I can see using it is for healing or fighting."

He looks at the bone suspiciously before he spoke, "I can see why."

I look up at him and smile. The bone slowly disintegrates in my hand before I drop my hand to my side. He raises an eyebrow at me.

"I transformed the cells rapidly, causing them to implode, making it look like they faded away."

He drops the eyebrow and he turns to the school. "Well, your test is over. You can go back inside, change, and head home for the day."

"Yes sir."

~Time skip :3~

I reentered Recovery Girl's office after I changed. "I'm back, Recovery Girl."

"Hello, dear. We won't have lessons today, you can head on home now."

I nod as I grab my bookbag and put it on my back. "Okay, see you tomorrow, Recovery Girl."

"See you tomorrow dear."
