Pool Time!

Ainu's POV
~Beginning of Summer Break~

The school's closing ceremony for the 1st semester wasn't really anything special. I just hung at the back with Recovery Girl.

Mina has texted me that the girls are hanging at the school pool today and I should bring my school swimsuit.

Didn't we just buy new swimsuits? Oh wait. It's the school pool. Makes sense.

I grab a bag and put my swimsuit, double checked that it was the school's, a towel and some sunscreen in it. I grab a pair of sunglasses and head to U.A.

~After changing~

I exit the locker room and walk to the pool, there I see the girls of 1-A.

"Hey everyone."

"Ainu!"

"Hello!"

"Good to see you."

I was tackled by Mina and the others walked up to me.

"We're going to play some water volleyball. Wanna join?"

"Yeah."

"Great! Now everyone! Let's start stretching."

We start to stretch when some boys from Class 1-A enter in their swimsuits.

"Oh. I didn't know the boys were also coming."

"We knew that someone was bound to overhear, so...."

I look down at the swimsuit I'm wearing.

"I see. Smart."

"We won't repeat the embarrassment that occurred during the Sports Festival." Momo looks down regretfully.

"I understand."

We continue to stretch. Then, out of nowhere, Kaminari and Mineta run into the pool with some questionable faces.

Way to look cool, you two.

Iida starts to talk to the two. We continue to stretch. When they look at us, we just put on nonchalant attitudes.

"Oh hey. Hi Mineta."

"I didn't know you guys would be here."

Kaminari looks away with a saddened face while Mineta just acts his pervy self.

Iida starts to walk to the two with open arms. Iida picks them up with one arm each and leads them to the group, laughing proudly.

I couldn't help but smile.

They yell, "This wasn't the plan!!"

We start to giggle.

After we finish stretching, we get in the pool and start the game.

I wonder if Bakugou will be here...No. Probably not.

"Watch out, Ainu!"

I look up and see the ball coming towards me, so I hit it back swiftly.

"Nice! Just keep your head in the game, okay?"

"Yeah."

I watch the ball and we continue the game. We start to laugh from how much fun we're having.

I hear Iida declare that the boys are doing a 15 minute break. I shake my head in amusement.
