Kyle

"YOU WILL lose Raiden. I assure you that."

My jaw clenched and my teeth gritted because of what Carter said.

"That will never happen," inis kong sabi sa kanya.

"Remember that I have the ace."

What he said bothered me that caused me to stepped out from our house and have some drink. I completely left Raiden inside our house and went back drunk. Matapos ang pag-uusap na iyon namin ni Carter ay agad akong nag-utos sa tauhan ko kinabukasan.

"Keep an eye on Carter," I instructed him.

"Yes, sajangnim."

Ilang araw ang lumipas at may ibinigay na update sa'kin ang inutusan kong tauhan. What I found out had me thinking ang pissed me off.

"Sajangnim, may kausap ang kapatid niyo kanina," balita nito.

"Who?"

"He's the man on the video."

Kumunot ang noo ko sa sinabi nito. Bakit kinikita ni Carter ang lalaking iyon? What is his business to that man?

"Find that man and give me updates."

Hindi ko maiwasang mahulog sa pag-iisip. Bakit nakikipagkita si Carter sa lalaking iyon? Ano ang binabalak ng kapatid ko?

Naalala ko bigla ang nangyari noon bago pa kami nagkita ni Raiden nang tinulungan ko siya.

"Sir, nandito po ang kapatid niyo," ani ng empleyado sa kompanya ko.

"Let him in," sabi ko at ibinaba ang telepono. I waited for Carter to step inside my office as I am busy looking at Kyle's video. The fuck with this guy who kissed my man?

"Kyle," napalingon ako sa pintuan nang may tumawag sa pangalan ko. Pinagmasdan ko lang ito nang naglakad siya palapit sa'kin.

"What brings you here?," I asked. Carter and I are not in a good terms but I act as civil and calm as I can towards him. Hanggang sa wala siyang ginagawa sa akin na hindi ko gusto ay hindi ko ito pinapatulan. My mother wanted me to treat him as my brother but he's an asshole. Kahit hindi kami okay ni mama ay may respeto naman ako sa gusto nito—kahit hindi ko iyon naipapakita sa kanya.

"I meant no harm," he said and raised both of his hands. "I am tired fighting with you. Mom said I should stop," dagdag pa nito. I examined his expression and I can see some lying in there. He seems so sincere—or not. Maybe he's just good in acting but as what I have said, wala akong problema sa kanya hanggang sa wala siyang ginagawa na hindi ko gusto. It includes giving him a chance to be a brother to me.

"O-Okay," tanging sabi ko bago bumaling sa computer ko. Naramdaman ko ang paglapit ni Carter sa tabi ko. I immediately closed the tab where Kyle's video was in. Ayokong makita iyon ni Carter.

"Was that Raiden?," I stilled when he asked me. My eyebrows furrowed at him. "We're on the same University. You liked him?," dagdag nito.

I nodded at him as an answer. There's no point of denying because I really like Raiden.

"I have a plan," aniya. Nagtatanong kong tiningnan si Carter na ikinangisi ng huli. "Why don't you leak the video? Then help him get rid of it after. He'll for sure come to you personally, just pull some strings," he suggested. Masama kong tiningnan si Carter dahil sa suhestiyon nito.

What the fuck is he thinking? He's just suggesting to ruin Raiden's life. Is he out of his mind?!  As much as I wanted to meet Raiden again, I won't stoop down to that level.
