It's been days, he's been busy with everything. Their family business, the Zagreus Incorporated-- his very own Empire, and such, of course the Underground. He's been busy this past few days because of some ruckus.

Isang linggo na syang absent sa mga klase nya.

And he's irritated by that idea.

"Boss, here are the papers that you've been looking for."

Salubong ni Emerson sa kanya, nagmamadali din kasi ito.

Pero biglang pumasok sa eksena si Lexus. Nasa mukha nito ang dismaya.

"Boss, Mendoza's Clan is making a mess. Again."

He gritted his teeth, lalo lang uminit ang ulo nya.

That fucking clan is testing his thin patience.

"You know what to do to them, Lexus, and if they'll not listen just end their fucking useless lives. I don't want some pests lingering in my territory."

Tumango naman si Lexus, but Emerson interrupt.

"But how about the Eclea Familia, Boss?"

Inis nyang nilingon si Emerson, kaya bahagya itong napalunok.

"That fucking familia again?! Oh c'mon, end that clan as soon as possible, Emerson. I don't want to hear anything about them."

Hindi nya alam kung bakit mainit ang ulo nya ngayon.

Maybe, he just wake up at the wrong side of the bed.

Or else,

"Sure, Boss."

Nakangising saad ni Emerson, matagal-tagal din kasi itong natengga kaya nasabik sya sa paparating na aksyon sa mapayapa nyang buhay.

"Don't make it bloody, Emerson... it's hard for the reapers to clean your fucking mess."

Napasimangot ito sa nagrereklamong si Lexus.

"But, where's the fun in that?"

Sinapok ito ni Lexus kaya sinamaan nya ito ng tingin sabay hawak sa balikat nya.

"Stop being an asshole, Emerson."

Bago pa magkasagutan ang mga ito ay hinampas nya ng malakas ang mesa.

"Get out, dumbass!"

Ram yelled, at wala pang isang minuto na nagpulasan ang mga ito palabas ng malamig nyang opisina.

Maliban kay Dice na naiwan, malamang kanina pa ito doon at hindi nya lang agad napansin.

Pahikab-hikab pa ito at walang tulog. Halata ang nangingitim nitong mga mata.

He's been sleeping late this past few days, and he badly misses his bed.

"Boss."

Humikab ulit ito.

"Speak, asshole."

Nakapikit ang matang saad nya dito.

"Chill Boss, masyado ka namang hot nyan eh. Hehehe."

Before, Dice knew it, he heard a click of gun.

"Speak or die. Choose."

Napalunok naman ito at biglang nawala ang antok nya.

He cleared her throat and try not to stumble in fear.

"Easy Boss, Im just kidding."

Ram smirk evily.

"Then, Im not."

Huminga ng malalim si Dice, he don't want to die yet, so he cleared his throat again to speak.

"Boss, it's about the Ziegler Clan and their Mafia."

He didn't respond waiting for Dice to continue.

"The Ziegler Clan, is almost like the Zagreus Clan. They were founded and established in the same year. And in the laat fifty years, they were both leading the mafia world."

"I already knew that. Any other else?"

Malamig nyang saad.

Of course, he already knew that part of history. His late grandfather and his father, told him that when he took over their very own Mafia.

Hindi nya naman ito masyadong inintindi dahil hindi naman naging kalaban ang Ziegler Clan sa kanila. Tahimik kasi ang clan na iyon at kumikilos lang kapag may nagtatangkang buwagin sila.

That clan was wickedly dangerous in so many ways. Messing them is like making your way to hell.

"As I go on deeper on my search, I discovered... something."

Hinintay nya ang sasabihin ni Black.

Deep inside, he's hoping that it is something new.

"Their last heiress was missing for almost ten years, and until now, no one knew where she is."

That got her interest.

"Heiress?"

"Yes, Boss. At first, I didn't believe it. But as I dig deeper about the Zieglers, dun ko nalaman na may nawawala silang tagapagmana. The last lady Ziegler. Maraming nagtangkang mahanap lang sya, pero walang nagtagumpay. It's maybe because, the heiress doesn't want to be found."

Dice concluded, nakakunot ang mga noo nito at iniisip din ang mga nalaman.

"But, they're not active for this past years."

Ram said more likely to himself.

"How about the Enigmatic Mafia?"

"I got nothing else about them Boss. As far as I know, they disappear same as the Ziegler Clan. But I- as of now, can't see any connection about them. But, I'll dig more."

While listening to Dice, he's mind clouded with different thoughts.

Nang simula nyang pamunuan ang Zagreus Clan, ay hindi nya pinagtuunan ng pansin ang Ziegler Clan, dahil hindi naman ito naging hadlang sa pamamalakad nya. Katunayan, tahimik lamang ang clan na iyon as long as walang kumakalaban sa kanila.

People in their world, consider- Zagreus and Zieglers- are close families.

Dahil kung sinuman ang magtangkang kumalaban sa pamilyang iyon ay may kalalagyan.

Ziegler Clan is brutal.

But one day, Ziegler Clan went off the grid same as Enigmatic Mafia. As if they don't exist.

Kaya bihira na lang ang nakakakilala sa kanila.

Except to those founding families that had been loyal to the said clan, until now. Because, they still believe that time will come, the lost heiress will come back and claim her throne.

Wala nga bang koneksyon ang dalawa?

At... kung meron man, what connects them or- who connects them?
