the call between yangyang and suyeon ended. the smile didn't leave suyeon's face. not knowing why , it irritates renjun to see it.
"who was that?" renjun asked.
"my friend." suyeon answered , smiling.
"you sure it was a friend ? sounds more than it." renjun asked , his tone was saying that he's bitter. he surely is.
"of course." suyeon said , don't bother to say more.
"is it your best friend?" hyeri asked as she giggled.
"yup."
"so you do have another best friend other than hyeri." renjun said.
he tucked his hand in his pocket before he continue walking.
"yeah."
"the guy is handsome." hyeri said.
"and better than you." the girl added.
renjun snapped his head towards hyeri.
"why did you compare me with that guy?" he asked , unsatisfied.
"just because."
"why do you keep smiling? it annoys me." renjun shot at suyeon.
suyeon looked at him in shock.
"what's wrong with me smiling?" she asked , dumbfounded.
"i don't know , ask my heart." he said as he look away.
"what's wrong with you , honestly?" haechan asked.
the situation grew awkward as renjun didn't utter a word.
"let's go." jaemin said as he clapped his hands once.
they all nodded and start walking again.

mark walked to the music room as he promised the others.
he twisted the knob and opened the door.
"hi hyung! it's been a long time." chenle greeted excitedly.
"yeah right." mark said as he smiled. his eyes trailed to renjun who is busy reading book.
"renjun , there's something i need to ask." mark said and renjun turned his head , looking at the older one.
"what is it?" renjun asked as he closed his book slowly.
"you said you don't remember anything about that photo right?" mark asked as he sat down , facing renjun.
"yeah , i don't."
"don't you remember anything from that day?" mark asked.
renjun closed his eyes , trying to remember.
"if i'm not mistaken , i was at home and i received a text asking me to come out. then , of course i did. after that i don't remember a thing. the next day , i woke up at my room , feeling dizzy." renjun confessed , he never told anyone about this.
"ah! i was hit by something from the back. maybe i blacked out." he added.
"you sure you weren't drugged?" mark asked.
"i thought so as well , but i don't have any prove , you see."
mark nodded.
"there's something you need to know." mark said , looking serious.
"what is it?" renjun asked , getting curious.
"i found out the one who did this. the person who trapped you , and use suyeon's name as well."
renjun eyes widened at the news.
"are you serious? how did you do that ? i tried but i don't find any solution..." renjun said as he sighed.
"doyoung asked me to find out." mark said as he looked at renjun.
renjun stared into his eyes.
"so , who did that?" renjun asked , waiting for an answer.

hyeri and i walked along the hallway , confused why people are whispering.
"what happened?" i asked and hyeri replied by shrugging her shoulders.
my eyes glued to a paper sticking on the locker. i grabbed the paper and read it.
'the girl with renjun wasn't suyeon.'
"what is this?" hyeri questioned.
"i have no idea." i said as i looked up to hyeri.
"so , suyeon and renjun's relationship was an act?"
"who's lying?"
"why they didn't deny?"
"hey , in the students blog , people are calling you liar." hyeri said as she showed me her phone.
i saw people gather around and i heard someone talking. curious , i dragged hyeri to the crowd.
"it was me! but suyeon use this chance to get close with renjun!" a girl said , mixed with some tears that i assumed was fake.
"but renjun , he didn't want to claim me as his girlfriend. he's a jerk." she added.
who the hell is this bitch? i tried to look at her closely , she's completely unknown , i don't know who she is.
her eyes locked on me and she smirked.
"that girl! that girl used me!"
my eyes widened as she pointed at me. of course , the attention is one me. oh god what is my sin that i need to get into this problem?
"she used renjun for fame."
"shameless."
i heard people whispered.
my head hurts , i tried to connect the dots but i can't. i can't understand the situation.
"stop it." i heard a voice , a calm one but strict.
i turned my head to see renjun , is he my knight in shining armor?
he walked towards us , his steps was calm , not indicating any anger or annoyance. his hand tucked into his pocket , his eyes looking at the girl , unwavering.
"renjun!" the girl said and ran to renjun. she wanted to hold renjun's hand but of course , renjun avoided it.
does renjun knows her? is she really related to renjun is some way? i can't tell.
"what kind of nonsense you trying to say?" renjun asked as he raised his eyebrows , i assumed he heard everything.
"nonsense..? what..renjun why.." the girl said.
"stop calling my name , i don't even know you." renjun said as he stared at the girl.
"w-what..darling ,"
"stop the act , woman. i don't know you." he said , his tone is cold and it gives me shivers.
"tell me who pay you for this?" renjun said.
i frowned. what is he talking about?
"w-what are you talking about?"
"tell the truth. i know it , there's no use to lie here." renjun said as he shot a glare.
i want to run away from here , i'm scared.
"what are you talking about...? it's true that it wasn't suyeon!"
my ears perked up as i heard my name. why my heart is beating so fast? i felt my stomach twisted and i feel like throwing up.
"of course it wasn't her. because you set renjun up." a voice said , a very familiar voice.
