After a week of Osaka concerts we packed up and took off to Japan's capital, Tokyo.
"So what are you excited to do in Tokyo?" Jungkook asked.
"I've been dying to go to Harajuku Square and the Tokyo Disneyland," I said.
He grinned, "I'm excited for Disneyland too."
"Of course you are Iron Man socks," I teased.
"Hey! That was a high school thing," he frowned.
I smiled playfully, "It doesn't hurt to bring it back. Think of it as revenge for making me sing twice."
I sprinted on the plane to avoid Jungkook's attack, sticking my tongue out at him once I was on the plane.
I settled into my seat, pulling out my laptop to do a bit of work. I sent an email to the teams in Jakarta and Bangkok to prepare them for what I needed set up and then did a bit of research on a few other logistical things.
"It's crazy how fast this is getting over," I said as I stared at the clouds above Osaka.
I observed the pretty garnet ring on my finger, smiling as I thought of the meaning behind it.
(Weird time Skip coming out but there's a reason dw🙃)
Two Weeks Later
It's been two weeks since we've been in Tokyo and our schedule has been nothing short of hectic. We've had six concerts here, as well as three fan meetings, and have been sightseeing the rest of the time.
We had arrived back at the hotel after checking out a bunch of castles and temples.
I collapsed on my bed from exhaustion, ready to take a nap.
But just as I was about to take a much deserved rest, my phone started ringing me.
I groaned, "Kill me now."
"Soorim, I'm so sorry we're working you to the bone but the tech team at the venue said that we left some personal things there. Can you go collect them? Taehyung and Sora will accompany you as they forgot a few things of their own?"
I resisted the urge to refuse, "Yeah sure I'll go."
"Thanks Soorim. You're a trooper."
I hung up the call.
"I know."
I grabbed my coat and dragged myself out to the car, silently sitting in the shotgun seat.
"Ugh what's she doing here?" Sora scoffed.
"I would be in bed if I could. But I'm not so let's just drop it okay," I murmured exasperatedly.
The car ride was silent. Since Jungkook wasn't there to lighten the mood, it was extremely awkward.
When we arrived at the venue, Sora walked ahead. As Taehyung was passing me, he gave me a quick pat on the back before catching up with her.
The things we had forgotten included a few flash drives, hair brushes, phones, bags, and even in-ears and mics.
"Yikes. I've gotta talk to everyone about this," I sighed.
