April.
I felt him pressing his lips gently on mine as if asking for more but not forcing it. I allowed him, letting my lips graze over his. My hands had gripped his back pulling him closer.
I didn't know how many girls he had kissed before but he certainly was better at it than me.
His hand clutched my hair, pulling me closer. He deepened the kiss, exploring every part of my lips, my mouth. I felt drawn, electrified. Neither had I thought I would ever kiss again in my life, neither had I thought it would be so damn good.
Someone cleared their throat and we pulled away with Christian cursing under his breath.
"What?" He snarled at his guy.
"Your pizza." The guy replied pointing down at the table with two mushroom pizzas neatly set on two plates.
Now, when did that come?
"Go to your position." Christian instructed and loosed his arms which were snaking my waist. The guy quietly walked back, out of the room.
"Hazel." He said turning his light grey eyes on me. "Let's eat?"
I nodded and quickly picked up a piece gobbling it down fast.
Christian just kept looking at me, his brows joined.
"That was the best pizza I've ever had." I sigh dreamily, taste of cheesy mushroom still lingering on my tongue.
"You can have mine too." He pushed his plate forward.
"No thanks, I'm full." I gave him a sweet smile and he looked away.
While he ate his pizza I stared down at the text I received from Leah moments ago.
Lee : No fucking way Ap! You are so not living with him again!
I quickly pulled my phone to reply. Seriously this girl never understood things without an explanation.
Me : I told you already. He just saved my life! Lara Anderson is trying to harm me!
Lee : How could you trust him?
I was about to reply when I heard him grunt. I looked up to see his face scrunched up.
"What's wrong?" I said, creases on his forehead worried me.
"I have to go." He pushed his phone back into his pants.
"What? Wait-" I grabbed his arms, halting his legs.
"Where are you going?" I asked, looking up at his now darkened eyes.
"To finish this for once and all." He hissed, pulling out something from a cabinet.
"Is that a gun?" I almost yelled, clapping my hands on my mouth.
He didn't reply as he was busy checking the said gun. "I need ammo." He muttered and then strolled out of the room casually. He has a freaking gun in his hand. I tried to stabilize my breath. Nothing about Christian should make me shit myself anymore because well, he is not normal.
I sprinted out to the door where Christian was pushing the ammo inside his gun and talking to his man at the same time.
"Keep her safe." Christian said before noticing me.
