See this was during the time Kevin was mutated to the amalgamation of materials after a failed attempt to hack the omnitrix. Similar to the "In Charm's Way" episode, Kevin wrecks a kid's ball and later you guys were attacked by one of Charmcaster's rock monsters. Kevin's ID mask gets wrecked and the same kid calls him a monster. Kevin grumbles angrily and looks at the glitching mask in his hand. He looks over to the group, who was trying to reassure him that the kid wasn't right to call him that.
